Vocal expression is majorly important in revealing more into a characters state. I vote for Dhritarashtra for the way he lends power n expression via his voice, also like Arjuns interestingly heavy tone Drona n Bhishma gravitated controlled voices, Yudhisthirs strong calm manner n Duryodhans sly n sensual tones

Well going as per the characters i would say Bheesh.Aarav as Bheeshm has strong and authoritative voice
