Well what arjun said was that before rainy season king ploughs the field for farmers or does the intial bit of ploughing becuase while doing this several small animals are killed hence the sin of killing these animals is on the king due to which king also goes to hell for sometime. Then arjun asks him why cant the farmer do this on his own to which dhridhrashtra says that if the farmer stops ploughing the fields becuase of the fear of going to hell then who will feed people food .Then dhridhrashtra was about to say that king has to keep intrests if his people before his and that is when he realized that by asking Yudi to back out he is putting his own intrests before the intrests on his people.

I wish we had a smiley for namaste! Thanks

How does this relate to the king. Does it mean that he don't wanna get sins pass the buck to someone's else

I just wanna know how it relate to Dhrtrastra

Dhritarashtra is a king and it is king's responsibility to think of the masses and their interest before his own..when he is a king he has to keep his own wishes backside and decides on wht is correct and good for the masses..

This is very simple - you will understand this only if you paied close attention to dhritrashtra-yudhistira convo.
It was all about a kings "dharma".
OBSERVATION- Dhritrashtra told yudhi that its his duty"dharma" to make him yuvraj but he doesnt want to do that. But if yudhi will backout himself then dhrit wont have to give up his dharma, no one will blame him for giving up his dharma and all of that because he will make yudhishtira do his work for him,his dharma will be entact if yudhi follows his dharma.

Yudhistiras dharma is to make dhrit happy. All arjuna did was ask dhrit that if it is rajas dharma to free the farmers off their blame of killing, then raja can just ask those people under him to do their dharma of following the kings orders and do the ploughing in his place. This way king will be doing his dharm of taking the blames of farmer but wont have to take those blames on himself because there are other people to do it for him and they wont say no kyuki its theirdharm to follow kings orders .

Arjunas meaning was that why cant they just change the rules and regulations of how ones duty and dharma is to be followed in these matters of the kingdom.
Just the way dhrirashtra was changing the meaning and principle of his own dharma by making yudhi do his dharma of keeping his elders satisfied.Dhritrashtra not making yudhi is adharma on his side but yudhi giving up the title to make dhrit happy will be dharm on his side.
