I'm a deaf man. I'm very fond of reading Mahabharata. I'm interested to read Karna's life. I feel that I'm a great fan of him. I like him most. He was the best archer in the world in ancient times.😛

I never understand the voice of new Mahabharat in Star Plus. I just watch actions only. I don't have time to see video update through Eng sub due to my busily studies. I've heard that some parts/episodes of Mahabharat are incorrect. I'm going to tell you some points which are incorrect. Now read sub-headings and its comments.

1. Satyavati wanted her son to be a king:

It's incorrect! Satyavati never said like that. Her dad was missing in the episode. Only her dad was a fisherman. He wanted that the son of Satyavati will become a king.

2. Chitrangada was missing:

He was not there in the episode. He was the elder son of Satyavati. How did he die? He was killed by the Gandharva in the battle. CV almost forgot this.

3. Bheeshma watched the conversation between Shiva and Amba:

It's incorrect! The story book told us that Bheeshma never watched the conversation between Shiva and Amba. Only Shiva stopped the heavy fight between Parashurama and Bheeshma. Shiva didn't say anything like boon to Amba in front of Bheeshma and Parashurama. Only she alone prayed to Shiva hundred times at the forest or deep place and Shiva appeared before her. He asked her what she wanted.

4. Veda Vyasa was not there in the episode:

After Vichitraveerya's death, Ambika and Ambalika became motherless. Satyavati told Bheeshma about Veda Vyasa's story. Satyavati recalled Vyasa and he appeared before her. Satyavati wanted him to grant sons to Ambika and Ambalika. He should meet them.

5. Satyavati avoided Vidura since he was the son of a maid:

It's incorrect. The story book never tells us about satyavati didn't avoid Vidura. How can CV be sure to prove it correctly?

6. Why didn't Veda Vyasa read Gandhari's mind?

Gandhari never speaks to him about she wanted a daughter. Just he read her mind that she wanted a daughter. How can he create a new daughter without reading Gandhari's mind? CV's almost wrong!

7. Why did Dhritharashtra speak harsh to Gandhari a lot?

The story book didn't tell us that he never used violence against her. He never spoke to her about the baby's growth was a failure. How can CV be sure that Dhritharashtra used violence against her a lot?

8. Why did Satyavati go alone without Ambika and Ambalika after learning Duryodhana's future?

Only Veda Vyasa explained to Satyavati about Duryodhana's future. He ordered to stay in the hermitage and took meditations. So Ambika and Ambalika accompanied her to stay at the hermitage after leaving the kingdom.

9. Why didn't Ambalika cry after Pandu's death?

I've to read the story book that she did cry a lot after her son's death. When she saw Pandu's funeral pyre, she ran for this.

10. Kunti's maid/companion Priyamvada:

The story never mentioned us about her.

11. Why didn't Radha and Adiratha tell Karna about his birth?

I read written update. It didn't still tell us about Radha didn't tell Karna about the truth of his birth. When will they speak the truth to him?

12. Why does Kavacha always disappear on Karna's chest after any weapon hits on his chest?

Kavacha always keeps on Karna's chest without disappearance. How can CV be sure to imagine like that?

13. Why did Kunti meet Karna suddenly after she learnt that he was her son during the match competition?

The story book never mentioned us about this.

14. How did Sanjaya appear and explain to Dhritharashtra about match competition?

The story book never mentioned us about this. It's not Sanjaya. It was VIDURA who explained Dhritharashtra about competition only. When Kunti discovered that Karna was her first-born, she fainted. Vidura did help her and he sprinkled water at her face. How can Priyamvada and Dushala be sure to hold up Kunti after she fainted?

Now after reading this, what's your opinion?

I borrowed Kamala Subrahmaniam's Mahabhrata from my friend and read this. It's good. Even I read Amar Chitra Katha. Both books are same but different a little bit only.

Now I can't believe that new show Mahabharat is quite different but this story is really wrong!

I didn't see old Mahabharata. I've no time to watch it. When I was a small child, I saw some parts of old Mahabharata which telecasted in the TV. I feel that OLD MAHABHARAT IS BETTER THAN NEW MAHABHARAT.

I can't vote Chaska Meter rating because this show's story is incorrect. L
