I got a doubt now.. So Drona had only 105 sishyas? Where is Sugadha's Yuyutsu? Dint she raise her hand to bless them when they left for learning from Drona? If not Drona, who was his teacher? 😒

It is written in MB that Drupad got a boon from Lord Shiv that he would have a daughter, who would later become a son. His wife gave birth to a daughter. Knowing that she would later become a son, Drupad and his wife told everybody that they had a son. They raised Shikhandini like a son. When she was born, all those rituals were performed, which were prescribed for a son.

But, in this serial, it is shown that Shikhandini went to war without any makeup to look like a man.
