Arey once I read in a book that Panchali's brother stops Karna first for his low caste, Panchaali seeing that a fight could happen between her bro and Karna she said all those bitter words to Karna..May be they will show the same here too

That was the first thought that came to my mind when I saw her interaction w/ Malini yesterday.

Only thing I can think of now - they'll show Karna miss the fish eye, so that Draupadi looks clean

As a king, does he have nothing better to do than hunt the Pandavas? And shouldn't he be grateful to them for being instrumental in his being a king?

Also, when he meets the rishis, why does he act like he's a Kshatriya? He was a Brahmin - he should have greeted them appropriately.

Monday, they introduced Draupadi getting to know her family. Drupada refuses to bless her, and goes off w/ Dhrishtadyumna. Draupadi is disappointed, but Shikhandini introduces herself to her, and takes her in and orders her ceremonial bath & shringhar.

This Draupadi reminded me of Ariel from Disney's 'Little Mermaid'. Just like Ariel was a ocean creature totally puzzled by the life of the land, Panchali (not you!) was totally at sea by seeing everything on earth. She sees herself in a mirror & is startled. She touches it & is stunned to feel glass 😆 At this, the daughters of the dasis (itself strange, since I thought dasis were unmarried, since princes - think Dhritashtra - had the option of having them as sex slaves, in addition to everything else) started teasing her.

Later, those girls disguised as rakshashis - w/ walrus tusks 😆 - tried to scare her, but Panchali made a monster face & scared them back. All of them ran away, but Panchali was quick enough to seize one girl - her name was Malini. Her mom came & scolded her, but Panchali told her that she didn't mind. Then the mom said they were dasis and that she shouldn't be befriending them, and Panchali told them she doesn't recognize these differences 😕 Hence Ddiala's & Shruti's question about on what basis will she reject Angaraj.

I'll skip tonight's episode - Dhrishtadyumna is the next guy they're gonna slime, and Shikhandini will attempt suicide after Dhrishtadyumna replaces her as the senapati of the Panchala army. Maybe our new heroine Panchali will save her. Dhrishtadyumna is shown as an MCP here, and tells Panchali that he doesn't need advice from girls. 🤔

Minakshi, they'll all fit on pg 1. Incidentally, Jarasandha belongs in the Pandava AT - his daughter married Sahadev, and his son - also named Sahadev - fought and died on the Pandava side in the war. Sishupala too, for the same reason. Let Shruti know

Jayadrath will be in the AT, though, while Shantanu, Satyavati, Ganga, Vichi, Ambika & Subala will be retired. I'm guessing they have no residual fans here? Bheeshma will lead the clan from there.
