Seriously the way this plot is going i will not be surprised if Draupadi is made the next senapathi because all Draupad needs in this mahabharat is a good senapathi that is all! 😕

Yeah, that seems to be even more important to Drupada than Yuvraj. Maybe he could take up Drona's offer of making Ashwatthama the king, and make Dhrishtadyumna his senapati.

Anyway, both Shikhandi & Dhrishtadyumna later on get to lead 1 Pandava akshauni each, so both should be happy. Since Dhrishtadyumna will be the supreme senapati of the entire Pandava army, including Arjun, he can go b4 Draupadi & Shikhandini & go, 'I am the commander, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah'.

And Draupadi, in addition to the grudges she has against her husbands for wanting peace at the 11th hour, can also bring up how unfair they are being to Shikhandi 🤣

A: Y'know, your skin is real soft, and your feet is exactly like mata Kunti's.

Karna is fuming, but avoids saying anything, while Duryodhan & Dushashan enjoy the scene, Bhima & Sahadev seethe in anger while Kunti doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Finally, Arjun has Karna's feet totally soaked w/ lotion. He then tells Karna - you have to sit here for 24 hours. No moving. Don't try to walk - this is needed for your feet to absorb all the moisture - it's been pretty dry. I'd have left you a veena to keep you occupied, but something tells me that you don't appreciate it, so won't bother.

Arjun then washes his hands in the milk, & leaves Karna there. He then joins Subhadra, and they start chatting about Krishna.

Bhima then makes a remark about how Karna's feet is missing alta, and Yudisthir shouts @ him - maun raho!!! Kunti too is furious, so Bhima goes quiet. Nakul suggests that Karna might use the combination to wash his hair.

Karna gets livid & gets up & takes a step forward, but his feet still being slippery w/ the lotion, he slips & falls, and gets a swollen temple.

Shakuni is about to say something, but Vidura intervenes & sentences Nakul to nursing Karna back to health. Karna is put on a stretcher and handed over to Nakul 😈

🤣 Hilarious.. Cant stop laughing. Sorry late to party.

Karna is upset @ Kunti being detained in Hastinapur, & is brooding. Duryodhan & Shakuni join him.

D: What's bothering you, mitr?

K: Keeping Kunti here. I feel a lot more comfortable when I'm just w/ you & family, and none of the Pandavas are around. All these months, I had been pretty happy w/ you. Now, the Pandavas leave, and you had to keep Kunti here? This is not good - having a Pandava supporter in our midst

S: Angaraj, you know why we did it. It's so that the Pandavas won't dare attack us.

K: You don't trust my samarth, mamashree? Okay, then, I'm resigning. The reason my mitr made me a king was so that I can fight, and if you are going to manipulate events so that a war doesn't occur, then it's useless me remaining in my throne.

D: 😲 Mitr, don't say it, don't even suggest it! You know how much I value your valor. But you've just picked Arjun, and there's Bhima, Yudisthir & the twins.

K: Do you doubt my ability to take them on single handed?

S: No. But you saw what happened. That buDDa last time converted a potential victory into defeat - the guards disobeyed our king when Bheeshma confronted them.

K: But now you've already got his vow of support. So why are you afraid to let Kunti go? Also, what message are you trying to send the Pandavas - that if they attack, you'll execute Maharani Kunti?

D: Of course. It will be no sin to kill such a characterless woman.

K: But you saw - when you did the lakshagriha, your father opposed it since he didn't want Kunti to die. So what makes you think that if the Pandavas attacked, you actually could go ahead w/ executing her?

D: He does make a good point, Mamashree

S: If you let Kunti go, you'll have absolutely no control on the Pandavas. They can then feel free to snatch back Hastinapur. Do you really think they'd be content w/ Khandavaprastha, mere bachchey?

K: Well, I'm making it clear. Once they've set up their kingdom, they'll do their nagar puja. If Maharani Kunti wants to go, you better let her. Otherwise, I'll return you the kingdom of Anga and stop being your friend, and help get her there

Duryodhan is shocked, but Shakuni tells him to let him be, and both leave the room.

They should actually use this scene and send Kunti to Pandavas at least it would make some sense.😉

So Arjun plans an assault on the Khandava forests to destroy it so that they can build a city. Draupadi & Yudisthir are concerned.

A: I am gonna invoke Agni-deva, who is the equal of Dev-Indra, to destroy this forest.

D: Arya, please don't destroy any trees. Killing 1 tree == killing 100 men

A: Agnidev, please don't destroy any trees.

Y: Arjun, killing snakes is a sin. Please make sure that Agnidev doesn't kill any snakes. They must live like neighbors & brothers next to us.

B: That shouldn't be difficult: having lived next to Duryodhan & co, living next to snakes should be really easy 😆

Y: Maun raho, Bhima - they are our brothers!

B: Agree, Jesth - I certainly think that about Takshak 😆

Yudisthir gives up. In the meantime, Agni-dev is somewhat stressed by the 'don'ts' that the Pandavas have put on him

So Agni goes ahead and starts burning the forest, w/o burning any trees. The snakes slither away in fear, and Takshak is furious. Mayasura also flees. Takshak hisses, when Agnidev creeps up to him

T: DevIndra!!!!

I: Hold on Takshak - let me rain on this fire

Indra releases rain, but Arjun makes a fire shield that vaporizes the drops. Indra then hurls a rock @ Arjun, which Arjun shatters.

A: Pitashree, pitashree, I am your son

I: Then fight me!!!

A: I can't raise weapons against my pitashree. It's your dharam to sustain life

I: Don't teach me about dharam

D: Surya-Narayan, please come & help my arya!!!

Surya Narayan was by now sick of helping the woman who refused to become his bahu. So he just ignored her for once.

S: I can't go against my king.

Indra then resumed the battle 😆
