Madhu was the one who told Trishna about the surgery and gave her false hope although she knows this surgery is high risky and mostly Tirishna will not survive the surgery that is why they blamed her and they are right

Rk too felt bad for Madhu..

He is caring for her. he knows she is wrong. he guided her and explained to her her mistake. but in the same time he couldn't leave her mistake alone
