Two of my most favorite fiction show are from colors channel and they are MATSH (meri aashiqui tum se hi) and MEIEJ (madhubala ek ishq ek junoon). In my opinion the leads of these two shows shared an excellent chemistry, both shows had an unique concept and both the shows were based completely on the leads love story and selfless love for each other. Both the shows have cult following and shows leads have ardent fan following, where people are not ready to see these actors with any other leads in other shows.
While all the positive things in these 2 shows are so common, unfortunately the negatives are also common. while a lot of shows are still running even after having some bad tracks, these 2 shows just slumped down on trp's soon after 1 or 2 bad tracks and unfortunately the makers and creatives did not take enough efforts to bring the trp's back. With the fan following these 2 shows had if the makers had read the pulse of the viewers these 2 shows would have been a bigger success and would have never gone off air.. MEIEJ and MATSH are 2 very good fiction shows with best actors...
I at least hope colors will make an effort to bring the leads of these 2 shows together like how other channels do so that we can see the 2 most loved couple of television back together..
