Just one doubt.Why was RK uttering Madhu's name when his condition was bad?

Wonderful ending eventhough felt sad for Rishabala.
Rishabala's flashback was really awesome(initial part) but last one was emotional and heartwrenching.Madhumathi was the real twist of the story.
