It was a cute yet painful update. So is this gonna be having a sad ending bcz RK isnt getting his ailment treated bcz of the less survival chance😭

Yes... His survial chance is very lil... Therefore they are delaying the whole process...

If you are planning to show a sad ending then make sure that even Madz die so that they can be together in heaven living a happy and a peaceful love filled life😳
