Two days ...
Madhu walks in the class and sees Rk in grumpy and snapping at everyone whoever comes near him...
She asks Trishna what's the matter?? She says that Rk had a fight with his parents as they are forcing him to get engaged with the girl of their choice but he refused and left the house and is living with her in her house ...
Madhu felt a pang in her heart but in seconds overcome it and went near Rk after the class and bought him to their spot where they usually spend their time ...

Then he explained her what happened between him n his parents as they asked him to get engaged and how he left the house in anger...
Madhu explained him that parents never think bad about their own children so she asked his to ask forgiveness from his parents and go back to his house ...
After the ending of the last hour madhu was moving towards the gate as her dad was waiting for her before she could move forward Rk caught her hand and asked her about her health and reports to which she replied she is fine and reports are also fine ... But again he asks her if reports are fine then y she was in pain that night to that she replied she is suffering from abdominal infection nothing else...
After few days
Madhu was going to attend her next class but suddenly got severe abdominal pain she immediately ran to a empty class and had her medicines which can cause her relief ...
In the class the professor was absent so Rk asked her to sit with to which she refused as she know Rk had started slowly developing feelings for her to which she needed to stop from growing otherwise it might hurt him badly after she leaves
Yes she is leaving after her third semester final exams...
Next day...
Madhu happily enters the class and Rk and Trishna rushes to her asks her about the reason of the happiness to which madhu blushes a little and the shows her left hand to them
Rk asks her y are u showing... He stops in mid of his sentence as he notices a ring on her ring finger and Trishna asked her who is the lucky guy Madhu tells her that boys live in USA and she too will to go USA after the finals which is next month...
Madhu noticed the hurt in rk's eyes as she is forced to do it to stop Rk's feeling to grow for her...
After that Madhu tried to Avoid as much as possible by making excuses
Soon the exams started and everyone got busy with their studies
And soon it came to end also and Madhu bid bye to everybody in college as next she is leaving for USA ...
After that day she never saw or spoke to Rk...
Present...
Tears where flowing from madhu's eyes as she remembered how she ignored her and Rk 's feeling and broke his heart by !taking him meet her fake fiance and how cruelly she broke his heart when he came to propose her and that person actually was her elder brother yash ...
Suddenly madhu started to cough badly and while coughing blood was also coming from her mouth nurse saw this and Immediately called doctor , her parents and brother were in pain seeing her condition
Doctor came and gave her injection and to stop coughing and made her sleep...
Then doctor spoke to her family and said that they immediately need to do blood transplant from her body and for that they called the specialist doctor also from India... He is youngest cancer specialist Rishabh Kundra... Hash frozed listening the name as he knew madhu is in love with rishabh and he don't know what to do ,how to react...
Then the doctor continued and said he will reach here by tonight and operation can be done day after tomorrow after Rk wanted to run some tests on the patient before the operation...
At night ,
Padmini was feeding madhu soup so she could have her medicine and the doctor came in with Rk and introduced them to him and he introduced madhu as his patient yash as her brother and malik n padmini as her parents but Rk and Madhu were under shock seeing each other after eight years and Rk got double shock that yash is not her fiance but her brother , he was just staring at madhu but the doctor shook him and started to tell her case history how from eight years she came USA for treatment and is fighting with cancer but now her condition got worse
Rk listened everything and floor slipped under his feet that was figthing from cancer from past eight years... And left from there...
He was sitting in his cabin and thinking madhu and what all she said him before going to USA when yash entered the cabin and said shocked seeing madhu , ur best friend here???
Rk looks at him and says why did she lie about you and her disease , yash replies to save you from the pain of losing her bcoz she loves you Rk ... But its of no use as u are married now
But Rk Shook's his dad in no and says no am not married ... I am single still and I still love madhu
Then yash tell him what all happened here with madhu , how much pain she went through... Rk closed his eyes in listening about her Yash then tell him that madhu is not ready for transplant as we tried to explain her but she is saying the chances of survival are 50-50 so she don't want to die on the operation platform but to live her life till how much she can live... Yash begs Rk to save his baby sister's life and Rk promises him will not let madhu die with determination...
Next day morning ,
Nurse left after giving madhu spong bath and changed her clothes n left... Rk entered her room and came and sat near her and asked her about her health and did some tests and gave it to the lab for reports...
Then he asked her y did she lie to him about her disease ??? Y did she lie about her brother??? Y did she hide the truth and her feelings???Tears fill in madhu's eyes as she didn't have any answer and looked down notable to meet his eyes and cried silently...
Rk lifted her face by placing his finger under her chin and spoke softly madhu y?? As tears filled his own eyes and Hugh lump was there in his throat as he was unable to speak anything seeing madhu's condition...
He hugged her and let her cry on his chest... He couldn't bear his painful sobs saying sorry to him and his own tears started to fall ... Both cried in each other's arms soothing their pain ...
Rk broke the hug and wiped his and madhu's tears and kissed her forehead and said Madhu I will not anything happen to you , I will make u fine love... Nothing will happen to you... Bcoz after getting fine I will never leave u for a second... And looks into madhu's eyes and says I Love you madhu but madhu stops him and says its wrong you belong to someone else not me
Rk holds her in his arms and says no in this life and other coming lives Rk will only belong to His Madhu still madhu opposed him and said u were going to get engaged , then Rk tell her he called off his engagement as he found that girl was cheating on him...
Madhu please agree for this operation bcoz we only have to complete our incomplete story (humari adhuri Kahani) which was left far behind plz madhu plzz
Madhu nods her head and hugs rk saying I love you rishabh ... Her parents stood at the doorstep with yash and saw this... Happy tears were flowing from their eyes
Rk breaks the hug and kissed her head and made her sleep... Madhu still kept her hold in his hand as rk patted her to sleep but she said I am scared rishabh,what if some things happen and I ,before she could speak the last word Rk kept fingers on her lips and said I won't let anything happen to you and kisses her back of her hand easing her fears and made her sleep
Next day the operation / blood transplant was a grand success and Rk saved his love's life...
