PART 1
RK couldn't believe his ears; his madhu was asking him who he was! He stood numb there for a few minutes; everyone else also seemed to be surprised with madhu. Later when RK recovered from his shock he demanded for the doctor; after the doctor arrived he faced the wrath of RK but he cleverly escaped it by saying that they better check MRS.Kundra before it is too late, he inspected madhu and asked for a few tests to be done.
RK was pacing around in the corridor thinking about her. Although he got cold glares from his and her family, he ignored them. He was worried sick about her. All their good memories flashed before his eyes. He was really a very bad person with a larger than life ego and attitude but still his madhu found something in him to love. She removed all the insecurities in him and made him a good man by helping him move on from his past. She loved him a lot but all he did was hurting her over and over again. She is in this condition only because of him.
FLASHBACK
"How dare you madhubala!" he screamed at her.
"How dare I RK?" She replied back, "You are the one who left your wife's birthday party in between to drink with your so called friend RIA and you are blaming me now!"
"Well things wouldn't have gone bad if you hadn't come in between." he snapped at her.
"Now you are blaming me for everything! Perfect!" she said.
"Shut up madhubala, you don't understand me at all! How will you anyways you are not my friend. I wonder how I ever fell for you" he roared in anger.
Tears started rolling from her eyes, he at once wanted to go to her and hug her and say that he did not mean to hurt her, he started to take a step towards her, but he stopped himself from doing so.
"Are you not happy with me RK?" she asked in a very low tone.
"Yes, and I regret to have ever loved you!" he replied without even thinking.
She did not even fight with him she just wiped her tears and left from there. After she left, RK stated gulping down drinks one by one. Slowly he drifted into a dreamless sleep. He woke up at around 9 o clock in the morning. He called out for his BIWI but she seemed to be missing. At last he got up and got ready and went down for breakfast, but to his surprise no was there at home except his servants. He got fed up and asked one of his servants where everyone were and to his shock he was informed that everyone were at the city hospital. He quickly called up bittooji and asked him what had happened but to his utter shock bittooji informed him with cold politeness that madhu had met with an accident last night and was admitted in the hospital. But he could ask him anything more bittooji hung up on him. RK was shocked beyond limits due to bittoojis coldness yet he did not waste his time in in that and he quickly rushed to the hospital to meet her.
In the hospital he was shocked when he was told that she was undergoing an operation. He felt the ground beneath him slipping away; he was later told that madhu had been run over by a truck last night when she was driving with cold politeness. He quickly grabbed bittooji's collar and asked him why he was not informed of this accident earlier. Bittooji with cold politeness told him that he had informed him last night but he was too drunk. RK felt disgusted with himself as he had passed out drinking last night when his wife needed him the most. He sent a silent prayer that she should be alright.
END OF FLASHBACK
RK felt tears escaping from his eyes as he thought of that horrible day; but the other 2 days were living hell seeing her in that condition, everyone were holding him for madhu's present condition including himself and the doctors also said that there was no improvement in her condition. Finally after 76 hours she had gained consciousness only to give him another shock; he has half suspected her to be acting but he changed his opinion as madhu will never do anything thing like that and besides she had just gained consciousness and there was no chance she could plan the whole thing up in about 30 seconds which is 100% impossible. Later the doctor came to them with the reports.
"I am sorry MR. Kundra but your wife has partial amnesia." the doctor said; RK felt his whole world slipping away, the doctor continued, "She will not be remembering anything which had happened for the past 2 years.", RK grabbed the doctor's collar and said "How can you let this happen doctor, you mean now that my wife won't be remembering me?", "sorry sir we were only able to save her life, the memory loss seems to be a side effect of the operation. Don't worry she may recover her memory back." said the doctor. "What do mean by she may?" he asked, "Sir this is a very complicated case, she may recover her memory in a day or a week or a month or a year or maybe never", replied the doctor.
