that's true . both RK and Madhu are responsible for that insult . agar yeh insult nahi hota toh how Madhu samajh pati RK ko . if we watch , Madhu started thinking about that he had lot of pain that's why he is reacting in BBBmode and BBB everyone with his kameenapn covering his pain .

padmini came RK Mansion to say thanks to RK for getting equipments from abroad for mallik's treatment and called for Ganapati pooja . what RK did , he BBBed padmini left and right . Madhu ko gussa aya tha and came to start her lesson but stopped as she felt RK is talking in such way as he is hiding some pain in him .
