Scene 4
RK was watching TV when Madhu entered the living room. She saw the screen and a frown formed on her face. "What are you watching..?" she asked.
"Nothing.. Just F TV.." RK shrugged.
Madhu rolled her eyes hearing the casual tone. She came around the sofa and sat beside him.
"whats so good in them.. they are so flat.." she said in disgust after sometime as the models on the television walked forward.
"hah! You are jealous of them because you are not as slim.." he replied with a laugh.
"I don't even want to be as slim.." Madhu looked at him with a frown.
RK smiled while still watching TV and Madhu too turned her gaze back to the television.
After some time a man in shorts walked the ramp. RK was seeing in total disinterest when he heard a gasp from his side. He turned sharply and noticed Madhu's jaw dropped and eyes wide open.
"What!!" he shouted at her.
"Damn he is so sexy.." Madhu said instantly with eyes still glued to the screen.
"ohh really.. Now what happened to all the grumbling about being flat." He said frowning at her.
"So... Men are flat chested.. Come on..." Madhu said making weird faces at him and he realized that she was right. He turned his head back to the TV screen and waited for the torture to end.
"If you had seen me you would never have ogled on these men.." He said grumbling "they have no muscles..."
"But I haven't seen you.." Madhu said casually shrugging.
"You want to see?" RK challenged her.
"NO!! Please.." madhu exclaimed.
"No really.. I can.." RK said reaching down for his shirt.
"Noo RK please.." Madhu said closing her eyes shut as she held his hands to stop him.
At night Madhu was sitting on the bed as she read a book. Suddenly the door of the changing room opened wide. Madhu's gaze went towards the door and she saw RK coming out in shorts walking like the model. Madhu's jaw dropped as a smile crept over her wide open mouth. He did look great. Better than any model..
"what say?" RK raised his eyebrow at her with a smirk.
Madhu controlled her face and gave an ok smile. "Walk the ramp.. you are still halfway.." she said
RK broke into a laugh hearing her. He turned and walked back to the door and then turned around. Madhu whistled loudly when he completed. "ahhaaa.. my long ago wish fulfilled today.." Madhu said happily.
"what? Seeing me like this.." RK asked getting delighted.
"oh really? Have I known you since long?" Madhu asked back.
"then?" he asked confused.
"of whistling on a sexy man.." she said grinning cheekily.
"so I am sexy?" he asked smirking.
"yeah. Kind of.." Madhu shrugged.
RK smirked hearing her.. "kind of? Really?" He asked..
"Yeah.. you are like okay.." Madhu said casually.
"fine now your turn.." he said saying as if a fact.
"what my turn?" Madhu asked horrified.
"walk the ramp.. prove you are better than those models.." he said.
"I don't want to prove anything.." she snapped back.
"Fine.. even if you dont.. I have already seen.." RK said shrugging casually.
Madhu's eyes widened on hearing him. "Thats mean.. you did a mistake and you are now boasting on that.." Madhu accused him.
"What mistake.. you are my wife.." he argued back.
"Still!" Madhu said adamantly.
"Well you do look better than those models.." RK said grinning cheekily hinting to the morning when he had walked in on her in the washroom.
Madhu's eyes almost popped out as her jaw dropped way down. "What all do you speak? shameless person..!" she said as she laid back on the bed trying to evade the discussion.
"Says the girl who just whistled on a naked man.." he teased her more.
"wear something before getting into bed." She said ignoring him.
"why? You would get wet dreams otherwise.." he teased her.
"shut up RK.." Madhu shouted from under the blanket.
RK grinned as he put on his shirt and got into the bed. As much as they both were aware of the other's presence they tried to ignore it for best. Madhu was not ready for such a relation anymore. She was prepared for it on her wedding night but now she wasnt anymore. While RK didnt want the beautiful friendship he got in the name of marriage to get ruined. He still had that guilt somewhere that he had spoilt Madhu's dreams of her first night and now he didnt want to just demand it as per his whims and fancies. When she had controlled it back then for him, he too should wait back for her.
