Episode 626 Discussion: 15th July 2014, Tuesday

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. Neither is ranting or bashing actors or makers of the show. Please exercise judgment.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread.

Page 1 - post only reviews (which can be one liners - if you wish.) Also, please don't clutter up page 1 with multiple posts - give others a chance to post their reviews.
Many reviewers add an "ETA" to their original post, if they want to make an additional point soon after posting.
Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more and the discussion becomes irrelevant to the topic on hand, please take your conversation with your buddies to chat clubs, pm mode etc.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating /whining / complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.
Regulate the font size and colors. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters, or multi-colored font for no special reason.
Quoting Policy: refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. Pick out the parts that you like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, and multiple quoting makes it very hard to scroll though.
Feel free to post links of other members posts which had been "delightful read" towards analysis of episodic event/s or character analysis.

don't know about others , but after or shud i say after 7 episode finally got time to watched my mixer show - 😊 fullttoo enjoying 😳

love the flashback of raju-gudiya moment which i'm missing like hell , for this thank u cvs ( i'm not giving full thank becuz hamare nf + cvs ko thanks digest nahi hota )

chalo achcha hai - dhire-dhire raja n rani ka dil mil rahen hai magar chupke-chupke n hope finally we will able to see full romance b/w raja-rani

one good scenes was also there - phalguni bhabhi ( mujhe tomato saus ki yaad aagayi )

precap : aage ki story janane ke liye dekhten rahen mb every mon-sat at 8:30 pm only on colors , so i'm waiting for nxt scenes what happened with raja or its only raja th'meter to check rani love meter 😳 😛

I did enjoy today. Granted, it could have been better, but I gratefully took the scraps they threw our way.

The dynamic duo - Agni/Leelawati are going to be the new comrades-in-arms. Of course, each of them will be perfectly happy to back-stab the other once the opportunity presents itself.
Aww...Raja wants to feel his baby. Starts with the upper arms (🤣) then works his way down 😳. Nobody can deny this - DVD has incredible chemistry together. And this wasn't even a particularly well picturized scene.
Unfortunately, the tender scene is interrupted by JM's instinctive fear of Raja. Clearly, Raja understands that more work is required. Fear not, though - he has Phalguni bhabhi's blessings. 😃
The security guy seems to be someone planted by Bhanu. Lets see.
Phalguni bhabhi's Sanjay is going to show up. So sweet, how excited she is. 😃
But yikes, Raja has passed out😲 - clearly there's some internal damage. But this means JM gets to play caring nurse. Aha! I sense an avenue for complete reconciliation..
PS: Sending a special note of thanks to the PH for not using a BD in that scene today 🤗. As it is, I am all stressed and suspicious while watching the show - whenever they don't show a full body shot, I keep thinking that its a BD. I'm a total wreck...😆

a better epi..the medicine scene was very good👏 ..dvd were awesome👍🏼 and so pleased to see them together..❤️though some shots were cut and paste..😔but its okay as long as we get even a single good scene of them..😊raja wanting to feel the baby and after some hesitation madhu agrees but pushes him soon feeling the scars raja gave her😭..madhu surely needs time to heal the pain she has gone through😭.this particular scene was very well picturised and dvd were superb in their expressions..⭐️bg hum hai deewane looked good too...👍🏼.precap...raja collapses again😕 or is it a trick to measure madhu,s love..😉rest of the epi..was..boring..loved those raju/gudiya fbs..the best part of the epi❤️..aww..miss them so much..😭

And while possible budgetary constraints and benefits of using body-doubles - for all but the most direct shots of the leads - might or might not be a consideration, one hopes very much that this particular budgeting method is avoided in future.
There are two positive female supporting characters and two negative female supporting characters. Reducing one of four, or one each of either category, would be infinitely more bearable than seeing excess of body-double shots for the lead couple's scenes with each other.

It was lovely to see RM's scenes, in the tenderness, sensitivity and mutual caring and regard.😳

And all the characterizations (leads as well as supporting characters) and track-development are of the definitively mass-appealing sort that can be assured of having very reassuring viewership-dividends though maybe not instantaneously but if stuck to for at least a fortnight, eschewing the insertion of mass-unappealing track-factors that could be counted on to crash consecutive past tracks.

Just one quibbling request.
Could the CVs please graciously avoid the 'Maa ke sahaare' verse - spoken and/or excruciatingly sung - in future?

JM has no memory of her mother, and Radha is unlikely to have tutored the kid in fond verbal inspirational specialities of either of the deceased parents (the CVs could claim or show Radha doing exactly that, but it would be unbelievable *and* an irritation, backfiringly reminding the nonfandoms mass-audience of the needless massacring of the previous lead couple for the intended new story focussing on a half-different pairing.)

Pre-leap Madhu saying the verse made sense - she loved her mother through her own comprehending.
*Not* as a plot-convenient concept in an "I love my mother/father who I remember nothing about but have heard about from this and that people".

For JM to be saying anything in the name of either one or both of her parents - who she does not herself remember anything about except via hearsay and its visual version - just looks odd and confounding, rather than the 'inspiring' impression that may be intended.

If the CVs wish to show the female lead praying inspirationally, could they stick to the normal pattern of the female lead praying to deity (rather than to deceased parents she absolutely cannot comprehendingly have any memory and/or emotional connection of)?
It could then be counted on to be actually inspiring (rather than backfiringly erring in the attempt to be).

Hoping and praying that the eminently watchable mass-appealing format of yesterday and today is maintained in the forthcoming episodes, so that mass-viewership can be restored and rebuilt by sticking to their reassuringly consistent viewership sensibilities of year after year. Please?

So at least BDs weren't used in RM's scenes today or let's say not in their most important scenes read the one where she gave him the medecine and he tried to sense his baby and the last one where she was trying to wake him up.

But to be honest, I'll be completely at ease when they stop showing BDs, as Meenu said I kept paying attention whether the back is the BD's or the leads, DD's BD is still believable but you can easily figure out about VD's BD

I can't put my hands in fire for anyone, neither for the PH, Channel nor for actors, who knows what happens behind the scenes, all I want is them to stop showing BDs, if they keep going on like this then- whoever is responsible - better shut the show down, we watch to see DVD and not DD-BD, VD-BD or worst two BDs!!

But yes I still think that it's not because of DVD having problems with each other, warna why would they show today's scene where he tried to feel the baby or the last one where she was trying to wake him up. I'm a fan of DVD but not a blind one, I care more about seeing them both in one frame in the show, the story, characters aren't very appealing to me, so you can imagine if uperse I get BDs and not the lead couple what I will feel, so it's not like I'm justifying anyone, but the way scenes are shot it doesn't seem to me that the issue is DVD having problems so I infered that maybe it's about cost cutting, now I don't know if DVD do some compromises each from their side to always be present for their common scenes and even for other scenes that include other supporting actors, but if you see at it today DD wasn't present with the entire cast, VD was, maybe she has some health problems, as I said I really don't know what's happening behind the scenes, all I know is that if it's a temporary situation I can tolerate it but I don't know for how long I can keep the connect to the show if they keep using BDs!

Well Najat, the problem is going on since DD joined JDJ...ab when they showed a DVD scene, we cannot negate ke there WAS a problem ? i know, everyone was assuming...few were assuming bec there was an article abt dues pending , and there were plenty of articles about DVD...VD also said in his IV that he is available for shoot till MB is on air...obviously he was lying, otherwise his BD's wouldn't have been used , only DD's BD would have been used...whatever it was, i'm glad it's sorted out...temporary or permanent, i don't know

unfortunately, i have no connect with the serial or its stars..i badly want it to end...but stupid me, i can NOT quit watching...i tune in everyday for God knows what...jo bhi ho, i decided tht i will stay till the end so may be it's easy now...

It can be the way you assumed but it can also be for other reasons, since we don't know what happens behind the scenes we can't judge, I noticed that there is at least one to two scenes of DVD a week since the last three weeks, so why would they shoot some scenes (including the scenes where he carries her) if they have problems, I don't think PH can be this fool to let them compromise on their work for personal issues, but as I said I can't defend anyone, everything is possible and anyone can be responsible but I give all of them the benefit of doubt be it PH, Colors (even if it's obvious that they don't promote the show at all) or actors. Afterall as a viewer I should not care about what happens behind the scenes, what matters to me is the show and DVD as the leads of this show whom I want to see together based on a first experience I had with Rishbala, so as you also said if things whatever be these things are sorted out I'll be ok but if they continue with BDs I'll maybe watch many episodes at one go instead of watching on daily basis, as somehow I'm attached to this show since Rishbala's days, had it been another show I would have quit many months ago, I usually do that lately, I watch a show if it gets boring or irritating I just stop watching till I get some news that it got better or that there is a better track, with MEIEJ I keep watching all episodes.
