MADHUBALA-THE SUPERSTAR!
RK looks at Madhu hopefully waiting for her to say "Yes!"
Madhu just stares at RK's hopeful eyes.. She didn't want to turn him down but she couldn't even say Yes!.. She hated the film industry, the cameras from her childhood.. Never in her wildest dream she had ever imagined that one day she herself would have to become an actress.. No this was not what she wanted from her life.. She just wanted to live a simple life far away from the fake and unjust glamorous world..Not knowing what to say or do Madhu just walks away..
here rk who was awaiting for his heroine ...was disappointed by Madhu's walking away
today for the first time SUPERSTAR rk is gonna be defeated by his fate only coz of his love
he felt that his life was destroyed as his respect was gonna be destroyed
He had never expected Madhu to react like this but whatsoever happens he had decided that he would not force his Madhu into it..
Madhu was crying silently in her car.She thinks "I love u RK and I really wanna help you but I just hate this film industry. I can do anything for you other than this.
Madhu was here crying badly and there RK who had lost almost everything locked himself up in the room
Bittuji who saw his chief break down rushed to his bhabhiji
where he saw Bhabhiji crying n confessing her love for his chief..
Bittuji asked her, "Is your love soo weak over your hatred towards film industry"
Madhu looks at him shockedBittuji continues "You can't see it bhabhiji but chief is dying, he won't say anything to you because of his love for you"
Madhu said"but.."
Bittuji furiously said"What but..where has your love gone bhabhiji"
She looked up at bittuji's direction and she knew what he said was right. She could do anything for RK, then why not this ? And her love was strong enough to overcome all the obstacles in the way! She got up determined to go and help RK...to be by his side always the way she promised him.
Bittuji after talking to Madhu goes to check on RK..
He knocks on the door but even after waiting for a long time there was no response
He broke opened the door and then he saw the most depressing scene
His chief was lying on the floor holding on to a bottle..
Shocked beyond belief to see his chief in that condition Bittuji rushes to him,
"Chief!" he hurried to Rk's side and started patting him.
"Wake up cheif...you cant do this...wake up...please"
He could no more control himself and he broke down. Rk was a brotherly figure for him...and seeing him in that condition was horrible for bittuji.
At other side Madhu was getting ready for the launch when suddenly her Mangalsutra broke.. Her breath got caught in her neck and she felt as if her heart stopped beating..
Meanwhile, Bittuji rushed RK to the hospital..
she was worried for rk now..."Breaking of mangalsutra isn't a good sign...RK...i need to see him now..." she rushed to RK's room...the minute she entered the room she was shocked...RK was not there...and everything was shattered...She felt something wrong and she immediately rushed out..."
On the other hand Rk's condition was worsening...
Panic took over Madhu's senses! Nothing seemed right. First the producers teaming up against RK stating they want to teach him a lesson as he threw too much tantrum. Then RK deciding to prduce his own film...everyone was ready to work with him except famous heroines and new ones just knew how to seduce people and not how to act...Then him offering the role for the film and now her broken Manglesutra...
God, Destiny, Fate were all united to test this them with a new challenge...
She called bittuji but on getting no response she decided she had to go ahead now as she couldn't keep the investors and media waiting for long..
She had to go for her RK.. She had to come to this world..
Nervousness hit her hard! She could feel the blood pumping through her veins...still her hands were ice cold!
"Mehul Ji..introduce me as the heroine in this movie.." she spoke lightly
"Huh? Madhu..what are you saying?"
"Just do as I say..."
"Okay..You!" He shouted to the make up artist"Get Her ready quick...and make her wear a good dress...be quick you got 10mins!!"
She walked up on the stage nervously but more than the nervousness she was worried, worried for her RK... Where would he be?
She was introduced as the new heroine of RK's film, but the thoughts of RK didn't seem to leave her, she wanted to see him so bad, she wanted to go to him and hug him tight, she was restless today and somehow she knew that something was terribly wrong!
RK 's breathing was going erratically
Every moment he was hanging between death and life.
He was remembering his sweet moments with his love but as soon as he remembered he had no heroine his breathing hitched..
Madhu got on the stage
While at the hospital the doctor shouted that his pulse rate fell down.. He may die
RK was constantly syncing and it was becoming difficult for the doctors to save him as Poison he consumed was a very strong one! After about hours of trying the doctor came out of the operation theater."How is my chief doctor?" Bittuji asked with hopeful eyes
"Look Bittuji this might be hard for you but..."
"But WHAT DOCTOR!?" he screamed
"He has gone into Coma and it is not likely for him to come out of it soon, maybe after a few months or years then yes...there are chances..." he shocked Bittuji out of his wits..
Bittuji couldn't react...he couldn't believe his ears...his...his chief had gone into come...no...this...this cant be true...he rushed to the room where Rk was...He looked at him from a distance and his eyes welled up...he took some steps forward...Rk was lying there on the bed..bittuji couldn't see him in that condition..he was broken...anything could happen...what if his chief would never wake up?
Madhu closed her eyes to calm her nerves...She herd the tunes and as soon as the petals blossomed showing off the beauty to the worldshe started dancing to the beats while the lover off the beauty was counting his last moments..
Bittuji was staring at his chief through the glass window.. He was distracted when his phone rang.. He looked at the caller id and he gulped the saliva nervously when he saw it was Bhabhiji..
"Babhiji..." He had totally forgot to inform her, but what could he say to her now? She would be broken to real deep extent and he worried what the outcomes could be...No she would be with his Chief no matter what and would help him through this state..
"Hello.."he answered picking up
"Where is RK Bittuji!!" she nearly screamed
"Babhiji I will tell you everything later but come to the hospital quick!" and with that he hung up, not knowing that he managed to shake her soul with the mere mention of hospital..
Madhu couldn't think anything at the moment... Thousands of questions were arising in her mind Why did bittuji call her at the hospital? Rk? Did something happen to him?
Her heart was beating fast.
She rushed towards the hospital not wasting a single moment. She asked the receptionist for rk's room and then ran towards his room. She opened the door in a swift motion.
She was blank for a moment, she couldn't see him in that state.. There lay RK with thousands of tubes all over and different machines surrounding him...
But it looked like he was sleeping, peacefully sleeping, but something seemed so wrong, What had happened?
She noticed Bittuji sitting there next to him as he looked at her...hurt."Bittuji...this..RK...Is..What Happened to him?" she stuttered not knowing what to say.
"Bhabhiji..." he cried...
"Tell ME!!" she spoke out firmly.
"He drank poison...he is in coma now! Because YOU did not accept his offer!! HE spoke loudly though not screaming. Something stirred in Madhu...Anger? Hatred? Betrayal? she didn't know...but that something took over her senses..as she started to laugh..
"So this was his LOVE for me? LOVE?" she mocked.. "You questioned me naa Bittuji, that if I loved him in real then I wouldn't mind doing his film! Well Let me tell you...I DID REALLY LOVE HIM!!!" she screamed.
"I did..." she cried, " I accepted his offer and came in front of the media.." she continued. The fiercly wiping her tears..."But what did he do?? DID HE EVER LOVE ME?"
"Babhiji?" he questioned
"No tell me...this is his love... just said a no and he decided to leave this world...did he think about me? Wasn't his love strong?"
"He didn't...he didn't even think about me for once...he left me...he broke his promise bittuji..he broke his promise of always staying by my side...and you know what...this was never the man i fell in love with...the man whom I loved would never give up...he would never commit suicide..." tears welled up in her eyes. She wanted him to wake up..she wanted to fight with him...she wanted to shout at him for taking such a huge step...but today...she didn't even knew whether it would be possible...she didn't know whether she could ever hear his voice...feel him by her side...
Without even meeting him properly she walked out of the room. The Love for him, which was now somewhere buried in her heart, could not see him in such a condition and the new found hatred, frustration at him wanted to prove herself to him. He wanted her to be the heroine in his movie right...so be it! She will show him that she can become star like him too! He wanted to bring her in this world which she loathed...so be it...she will embrace this world of glamor and become someone just to prove it to him!!
She walked out of the hospital...she was so angry at him this time...the more she thought about him committing suicide she used to feel her blood boiling...suicide..she laughed sarcastically...the man who used to say that he never gives up...the man who used to let others down to come up gave up ? And for what? What did think while doing so? She was crying profusely...but at the same time she didnt want to go back to him...she will prove it to him...he wanted her to be his heroine...he wanted her to make it big...so now she will do that...
A man who used to call himself as success
today is a sheer failure..he lost all his hopes on life
he not only lost his hopes on life but also his belief for his love
But she wanted to show him her love was true.
All News channels were filled with the news of RK being in coma and that doctors had stated that it would take time for him to come out of this, but alongside with it they showed the press meeting of yesterday where RK introduced himself as the producer of 'ISHQ aur JUNOON',Mehul Chopra as the Director, Rahul Agarwhal as the Hero and newcomer Madhubala Rishabh Kundra as the Heroine!!
Media had surrounded the studios and wanted Madhubala to say some lines..
Bittuji with great difficulty avoided them from contacting her because he knew however strong she tried to look from outside, she was dying every passing second..
The shooting started and Madhu did everything precisely said by mehuljibut she in real life became a zombie..she neither spoke to anyone
Even though Rahul tried to get Madhubala to speak up she didn't utter a word..
Madhu started to separate herself from the whole outer world. Everyday she gave her shots and her acting was just real, anyone could confuse whether the emotions in her eyes were for real. But the real truth was known only by Bittujee and Madhu herself, she had completely turned in to a stone. She never went to meet RK, she hated even the mention of his name, as whenever she thought about him she felt as if he betrayed her by deciding to leave her side.
The movie was finally finished and now it was ready for release...It was completed in just three months as it had low budget ...
Madhubala was devoid of emotion while Mehulji and Bittuji were nervous..
Madhu entered her bedroom to relax a bit. She stood in front of the mirror and looked at herself. More than a human being, she was looking like a zombie, her eyes had dark circles, her face looked as pale as bloodless, in total she looked lifeless. She turned and lied on the couch. She remembered all those moments of RK and hers, how they have been together even when Sultan entered their lives. Everything now looked like a memory.
Madhu was lost in her thoughts when Bittuji as usual came barging in..
Bittuji - "Bhabhiji.."
On getting no response he said that louder..
Bittuji - "Bhabhiji!!!"
Madhu - "Hunh? What?"
Bittuji - "Bhabhiji come down.. In some time people will start giving reviews.. Decision of your attempts being successful or unsuccessful will be done."
Without wasting another moment she walked out and went down..
She knew that she had done it but still she wanted the confirmation.. She had to prove it to RK that even she could be a big superstar like him..
Here someone was seeing all this news of Madhu's success on TV and smiling proudly in a room. "Finally you did it Madhu. You have proved yourself and I am proud of you.Though I don't believe in God but I know you do. So, I am thanking him on your behalf. I wish I could be there with you at this moment."
Months flew by...and not once had she gone to see RK, just busied herself in her films. Film offers just didn't stop coming to her. Her first film was a major success and the reviews of it were all in the praise of the new star born...Madhubala!! Of course there were a few criticisms as well but she took them as a challenge which she had to prove wrong. Three new films of her's were scheduled to release in the upcoming months but still no trace of real happiness was on her face..just that fake simile and laugh...that's it.
However someone else was celebrating for each and every successful step of hers...
"I am coming Madhu...I am coming soon to you, and this time that RK will not come between us...it will be just Mukund and Madhubala!"
He smirked n said "I will remove rk forever..like I did on the launch day..forcing him to commit suicide...madhu you were mine..always mine..but this bloody rk separated me from you..I will kill him"
Here rk was murmuring "madhu, madhu" and Madhu was lost in rk's memories
where will this new truth lead them?
Madhu completed her shot for the day and called bittuji
Bituji - Bhabhiji, what happened??
Madhu - Bittuji, I...I want to meet RK...
Bittuji was shocked...after so many days, she wanted to know about RK, she wanted to meet him.
Bittuji - Yes...Yes of course Bhabhiji, come with me.
Madhu - No , not now, before you have to collect all the articles, box office reports of Ishq Ek junoon.
Bittuji - I will surely do that Bhabhiji...
Bittuji collects everything Madhu had told him to do so and takes Madhu to the hospital..
Madhu was wearing goggles, a big hat and was walking in covering her face so as to not get recognized.. Bittuji was walking behind her giving a lot of space so as to avoid suspicion..
Madhu walks towards RK's room and stops outside the door for a moment.. She looks at him with eyes devoid of any emotion..
Bittuji slowly opens the door and Madhu walks in..
She walks in like a ruthless lioness and sees RK sleeping..
She went near him n showed him all the papers and said, "This is what u wanted...see I achieved it"He was still in his sleepy form...pain , agony hatred overtook her..
She says "My love was always strong.. It was your love that was weak.. Did you ever even Love me? I hate you!!"
Madhu gets and is about to leave when her dress gets stuck with the beds edge..
She feels RK stopped her and quickly turns around..
She is disappointed seeing that RK was still sleeping but she noticed that his brows were furrowed and his fingers were moving and he was constantly whispering something..
She quickly ran to his side and tried to hear what he was saying..
Her eyes filled up as she heard him saying, "Madhu... Madhu..." constantly..
She melted immediately and cupped his face and said, "Rishabh I am here...open your eyes..talk to me..pleaseee"Rishabh scrunched his eyebrows but was not opening his eyes..as if he is in a nightmare
he repeatedly said"madhu..." then he said "you only love me naa madhu..."
this words astonished her making her wonder why he had said that!?
Rishabh started breathing heavily
Madhu - Rishabh.. Rishabh.. What's happening to you? I Love You.. I Love only you.."
Rishabh - "No.. No.. Madhu you can't do this to me.. You are mine.. You don't Love that Mukhund.. Madhu why.. why.. did you do this"
Madhu was shell shocked.. She didn't know what to say or do.. Bittuji came in to tell Madhu about an important call when he saw his chief's condition and rushed to call the doctor.
Thousands of questions rose in Madhu's mind to qhich only RK could answer.. She felt something is definitely wrong and my rejection for being the heroine in his film is not the actual reason for him to try committing suicide..
The doctors come and check RK
At other side Mukhund is heading to RK Mansion dressed like a complete gentleman with a bouquet of Red scented roses.. He inhales its smell and smirks to himself..
"Madhu today I will propose you.. And there my men will kill him.. And then you are mine forever.."
He comes back to his senses from the LALALA world when his phone rings..
He picks it up and is completely shocked to hear with what his men had to tell him.
Mukhund- "Wait! I am coming there!!" He angrily says..
Doctors said, "please don't stress him..he is presently undergoing a trauma..."bittuji and madhu nodded..bittuji went with the doctor to discuss about his chief's condition
Madhu was continuously staring at his face which looked haunted n scared of losing her
she bent down n kissed his forehead ..he got relaxed by her kiss...she slowly kissed his face
seeing their love, somebody's eyes and heart was burning..
Mukhund barged in and Madhu shocked turns to look at the intruder. She finds Mukhund standing at the door fuming..
Madhu - Mukhund?
Mukhund just marches up to RK and points his gun at him..
Madhu shocked - "MUKHUND!! MUKHUND... WHAT.. W .. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
Mukhund- "I should have checked whether he had died that day itself and then I should have left.. I thought my plan had worked.. After filling his mind with misunderstandings and insecurities I knew he was a gone case now.. I should have given him even stronger poison to take that day, then I would not have had to face this day!"
Madhu looks at him shocked..
Mukund continued "Today i will finish him off..we will live happily together..now there would be no rk to separate us".Madhu said "How dare you mukund?? you... you did this to my RK"
Mukund said 'He is not your rk..only I am yours n you are mine.. He is such a loser.. He is soo weak.. I just told him that u didn't want to come to films as I don't like it and you still love me soo you refused him..." Madhu stared at him thoroughly shocked
Mukhund continued 'I said to him she is doing all this to take revenge from you..she never loved you...he feared that you would leave him..soo i suggested him to kill himself..he was soo sick that he.."
before he couldd complete madhu slapped him hard
Madhu snatches the gun from him and points it at him..
Madhu - "Don't you dare utter an another word or I will not spare you!"
Mukhund slowly moves back to the door when Madhu warns him "Don't even think about it.."
Bittuji comes in
Madhu - "Bittuji don't let him run away! "
Madhu removes her phone and calls the police..
While Mukhund is trying his best to run while Bittuji is stopping him from going out
Mukund pushed Bittuji hard and dashed out of the hospital corridor, only to be stopped by none other than Sikky. He held him by his collar and said, "I heard each and every bit of your conversation..."
Finally the police came and arrested ukhund
After some days, mukund was taken to court..
It was proved with the help of the Camera recording done during Madhu's and Mukhund's conversattion that he had instigated RK to commit suicide but as he was found to be mentally unstable, soo he was put in a mental asylum...
RK slowly recovered from his illness and by Madhu at his side he became completely fit.. Madhu removed all the insecurities that were filled in his heart by Mukhund with her Love.. RK's trust on her increased by her small gestures like snuggling to him while sleeping, kissing him whenever she was happy.. Madhu had never criticized him or taunted him for taking such a bis step by trying to committing suicide which hurt RK.. The guilt feeling never left him alone but how was he supposed to ask forgiveness from her for that?
One fine day when RK came back home from his shoot Madhu gave him the best news ever..
RK's happiness knew no bounds when he came to know that he was going to be a father..
RK finally decided that it was the correct time and went to her and apologized for his that stupid act and said that he wanted to forget all the bitter memories and start over with his wife and child..
Madhu just smiled at him and hugged him tight releasing RK from the burden of guilt he had been carrying all the while.. They lived happily ever after..
