First it is fully and completely agreed that Raja is not God's gift to womankind. In fact he is not a good person.

But then a few points: He is born and brought up in a background where women were always treated like dirt.. We all are a product of our environments and it completely affects our thinking process.

Inspite of this background he at least tried to support JM against by going against his family. His behaviour towards JM in the village was from his point of view a giant step.

He did not rape willingly. But again, he did not even feel sorry after the rape. Here I blame CVs for the very poor characterisation. Because of two reasons:

First as per his background there is nothing wrong if a husband sleeps with his wife forcefully as is evident from the dialogue: "kaun baharwala aake tumhe kuch kar gaya". Second JM looked totally hale, hearty and bitchy.

I am not saying that there shud be love bites and all. I am saying that there should have been signs of the severe trauma she faced. Something which would have clicked with an idiot like Raja and made him realise that he had severely hurt her.

See with his background he is incapable of understanding that he violated her self respect, at least the hurt part would have hit him hard and started the process of his redemption. CVs deliberately overlooked it and instead inserted the stupid patni se kiya pyaar dialogue.

Madhu is doing good she is standing for her self respect i m proud of her aise logoon ke saath aisa hi hona cahie

Raja's family comprises only of disgusting animals agreed. But JM somewhere crossed a fine line between preserving your self respect and hurting others. They are animals agreed but JM is not.

Why was that distinction not preserved?

Madhu is Rk Madhu daughter and she is a brave girl she will sucsess in her mition

The way she is going she will not be able to sudharo anyone. U have to first learn to love people for that mission. U cannot hate people, look down upon them, call them animals and then sudharo them. Get a roadside puppy, kick it 10 times a day and try and train him after that. The only thing he will do is shit on the sofa and bite you.

Raja is not an evolved human being nor his love is of the grand selfless kind. As I said earlier he is not a likable character. But still he has much more chances of being forgiven by the TRP audience as he believes that his mother died due to JM's apathy.

Agreed Raja is selfish. . He does not have even an ounce of basic humanity when it comes to others But at least he is shown caring about his family. JM is shown lacking even in that. the icing on the cake is JMs extraordinary lack of even basic common sense and general knowledge. The way she reacts and behaves it looks as if dropped down from another planet. Does she not know the way the world works?

No one likes fools. Plus JM signifies all the reasons why women are considered stupid and it hurts your sense of being a woman.

See we all hated Raja when the rape was committed but the track was handled so insensitively after that and JM's character was portrayed in such a defective manner that slowly all sympathy for it got eroded.

It is not a matter of loving Raja, it is a matter of disliking JM.
