Hi All,

I want to learn the facts whether the Martial rape victims get Justice, NO they won't since there is no laws to punish the rapist on Martial Rape case

I hate the current track and try to found the India's law related to the Martial Rape and found following links

WEll, this is something new to me..i was shocked to read that marital rape is legal in India...but a woman can always file a case of domestic violence against her husband ..any form of cruelty, mental or physical comes under it and the law favors women a lot..she can get divorce on the basis of the same..

the process of modifying the law is on...

According to our great government there is no such punishment for marital rape. If a husband forces himself on his wife it is not regarded as a rape according to a new law
