CVs either haven't thought through the repercussions of such a track or totally lack sensitivity. If they think a love story will be acceptable between this couple after what happened today then they have completely lost it. Even if we give Raja the benefit of doubt and say he is not the culprit, for a girl it will be impossible to forget this incident. Romance and love will be the last thing on her mind.

I completely agree I don't think a love story between raja and baby bala is ever going to be acceptable after this point. It's not a dark love hate story anymore, it's crossed the boundaries of that yesterday. Yesterday raja showed no respect for his wife as a woman and when he woke up his attitude tore me to bits, how can a man be so unapologetic for his actions while seeing the woman he loves in such a horrific condition. And baby bala every time she will look at him all she will remember is that incident. To a certain extend she did accept raja as her protector. Like when she was taken away to be kidnapped in the temple she screamed out to raja for help. Today the man she believed would protect her from the world violated her and showed her no remorse.

Way to serve up that truth tea!

The CV need to handle the situation very delicately. What type of message would it send for a woman to fall for her rapist.

Just the mere images of him throwing her on the bed, the words he uttered before and after the incident like it if I am your huspand so the concept of rape shouldn't exist between us and you don't have a choice, even him threatening her to do it merely because she spoke a few words against him is enough for any self-respecting women to never want to be around him again. How can someone erase that from their memory. I don't think anything else evenmatters but from what I have heard its impossible for Raja not to be the culprit. There is no drug that can make you rape as you yourself mentioned. A love story for me would be impossible at this point.

I hate everything about the current scenario but Junior Madhu for me has been an interesting character thus far. She has broken the trend in Indian serials that only grey shaded men are acceptable. Though I don't see to many grey shades in her, she hasonly stood upfor her beliefs I still think its a rare character. But I would lose all my respect for her if she were to fall for Raja or even forgive his family after they said it was fine for Raja to rape her.

How can I not agree wid ya completely on this one sona
That image of baby bala is Engraved my mind, her staring into space rerunning Raja's false promises inside her head with the tears slowly rolling down her cheeks. As horrific as the episode was Drashti was spectacular one of her finest moments in mb the other one being the unwedding. During the scene he pushed her on to the bed and was leaning on her I wanted her to escape and run away so badly. You can't force anyone to love you, love just happens. Raja tried to force baby bala into an unwanted bond then he went on to force himself on her. What really gets at me is baby bala was the woman that used to protect defend and fend for raja when he was in a mentally retarded state from Ak and his torture. How could he have forgotten all that she did for him and behaved so brutally with her.

Very well said!! i know this is a very serious issue for the society and all. how the boys n girls will think about such issue... now CV focusing on Marital rape but rape is still a rape!! even it's marital or not... let's see if this gamble can be justify or not... i really hope that they using it to build a new shade of Madhu... a new avatar... about how possible she to romance her rapist.. we will have to wait n watch... under which circumstance... can we accept it or not🤓

Why didn't they think of this before doing this??An attempt of rape should've been the worst thing that could happen. And Raja once more proved to be jungli janwaar and I don't know what can change him now or ever.I don't know what kind of romance can come out from this! This is a sensitive matter.Anyhow as for the storyline I want Madhu to make Raja his life a living misery!Put them all in jail Madhu!

It is so good to read a voice of reason in the fandom especially today. I have banged my head against many many walls to no use because they all find some stupid way to justify Raja's actions.

I agree whether rape happened or not the attempt did so it is the same thing. Madhu is tramutized by the events and Raja's words from earlier continue to play in her head. He told her he loves her, wouldn't force her yet his actions are completely opposite. It's heartbreaking to see that a fandom that is primarily women who find his actions okay to those who believe Madhu deserved what she got.

Any respect I had for the CVs they lost it today. When this promo came I yelled and no one cared, when he strangled her then slapped her; no one cared. For CVs to use such a topic to make a point is disgusting, especially in a country that is ravaged by violence on women. If Raja did rape her, what Madhu is supposed to forgive him and live happily ever after with her rapist? What message are the CVs trying to send?

I so wish I had Abhinav Shukla's number so I could give him a piece of my mind. As a woman I am appalled and as a fan I'm heart broken because I expected so much better from them.

Aww thank you felt it was a much needed post in this forum
It's very disturbing hearing a woman say another woman be it a fictional character deserves to be raped for questioning her husbands manliness in public. It is equally disturbing to hear that it is called hate sex and she gave into his passion and aggression that's why she was angry and crying. It's also disturbing to hear that baby bala got molested by raja and raped by bhanu. Rapists should not be defended period. I am really disgusted and disturbed with this forum. I agree with you why would the Cv's use such a sensitive issue in the name of drama n trps, why are they so keen on making a mockery of rape and a rape victim on this show if a love angle does occur later on. People care when she was being strangled but a lot of us prefer to discuss these issues elsewhere where we are not labelled and judged for our views. Must say this twist is a billion times worst than the unwedding.

Lovely post, and I agree with every word, just wanted to mention that they CV seem to be thinking along the same lines as some of the dehati panchayats also think. in villages in India, if a man rapes a women the punishment given to the man is that he has to marry her. according to them then it removes the stigma of the rape for the women and that is OK now since husbands are allowed to use force on a women any way...🤢

i would prefer her dead as well b4 watching such a thing... She would be insulting rape victims all around the world and sending a very disturbing and wrong message by basically saying forgive your rapist pati, accept him and live a fairytale.

I just want baby bala to break free of the shackles of society and any relationship she has and leave everyone and everything behind and be a free bird and fly away she really doesn't need a man to live a happy fulfilling and fruitful life. I feel that romanticizing rape is unacceptable and just the though of watching baby bala romancing her rapist scares the living shit outta me.
