You are right.They mentioned 5 highest paid people but as Ankita and Sakshi both are paid equal...so thats why both are placed on 5th spot...Rest KSG and Viv are kind of special mention.

I think Vivian has increased his price after his re entry because according to a article sometimes back he and drashti both get 75,000 per episode.

tfs but this info is all wrong becs ankita n sakshi both charge 1 lakh per epi n dd ka charge 75 thousand before leap tha n after leap she also increase her price i heard in some article ke now she charge 1 lakh 15 thousand per epi n vd he also charge 75 thousand per epi before leap but after his comeback he almost charge 1 lakh per epi😉 our dvd really highly paid actors haan😎
