A/N: So finally found some inspiration from twiiter (whatdayaknow). Although I did reference a current event, this is purely fiction. It'd be good to know the basics of twitter to enjoy the story but you'll get the jist either way. Here we go:

The server has been found out. Likely going dark for another few hours. Fingers crossed I can hack again soon. #iraq #situationreport
Rishabh Kundra had just gotten off the firetruck after standing on his toes for the last 18 hours. This shift had been a killer one but something urged him to check the smartphone buzzing in his pocket.
"Yo! Your ex's twitter is blowing up. You should check it out", a text from an old friend read.
"Have you gotten in touch with her yet? She might be in grave danger", another message reminded him. He immediately opened up his feed and what he saw was nothing short of a nightmare come to life. His heart was pounding inside him chest like he only had minutes left to live.
"M.m.m..madhu", he stuttered and then composed himself. "It's okay, it's alright...no, it's not", he thought of several things at once. Then, pressed the reply button and typed up the most angry message he'd ever sent her in his life.

Half of India's social media users had already picked up this cheesy love story from the trending topics on twitter and the other half got a wind of it when Bombay times dedicated their front page three column headline to the private life of their chief editor. Oh what trouble the bullheaded ex-husband had caused!

"Madhubala Kundra! You owe me an explanation". Rishabh placed his hands against his hips and stared at his sleep deprived ex-wife with determined eyes.
"I am sorry", she meekly replied and just about collapsed into his arms. "Can't I get a piggyback ride?" she whined.
"Sit on the luggage cart, I'll drive you around", he smiled a small smile and lifted her up on top of the camera suitcase.
"No, no, no. this precious stuff", she berated.
"Never more precious than you. And you just shut up. You've done enough damage for the day". He could hardly hide the relief spilling from his smiling lips.
"You are grinning like a fool". She stared at him with those loving eyes and it was a reunion long overdue.
"Right, I am the fool here. I shouldn't even be near you but you are such a troublemaker, I can hardly leave you alone".
"Why'd you do it?" she asked innocently.
"Do what?"
"Tweet me", she waved and smiled for the shutterbugs who offered her news team a heroes' welcome. "See, they are here to sensationalize our love talk. Boy did you make a mess!" she nudged him from the corner with her elbow.
"Did not!"
"Did too mister. The paps are all here to see us not because I made a journalistic achievement, which by the way my team did. GOOD WORK TEAM!" she shouted out to them. "But because you and your embarrassing username played out our story for the world to see".
"So now I am embarrassing", he whined.
"No, you're cute. But how do you suppose the two of us who were nobodies till yesterday handle this newfound attention?"
"I DON'T KNOW", he answered annoyed. "Let's go home".
"Home where?"
"Where I live. Don't you remember? You used to say 'home is where my heart is' and your heart is with..."
"Okay, alright. You're way too sappy for my liking". Madhu was blushing red and pink.
"I think you like me just enough", he retorted.
"Alright, I'll drive down to the office and then I'll come by first thing".
"No, you're coming with me", he put his foot down.
And so they left the airport, hand in hand, as the crowds parted like the Red Sea to give this shining couple way. And even though there was still no child on the horizon, or a chance of their issues disappearing, today would be just him and Madhu, Madhu and him, together at last.
