D really deserved it and I'm so glad drashti's hardwork and dedication to madhubala payed off she deserved to be rewarded for playing a character like madhubala with such conviction that the audience automatically connects with her character and we all felt her pain angst desperation shock and horror during the unwedding track... With drashti she is one of the very few actress that I can honestly say will give you a performance worth watching for. she always gives her 101 % and it shows on screen and she never compromised her work for her other projects and the quality of her acting and her scenes never decreased even during JdJ times and honestly I don't think anyone could have found a more deserving winner for the best Actress critics award
