I dont want Saree and salwaar.

But i know raju's tauji syndrome wont let him allow jm wearing any thing else.

Even with specs she can wear some good modern salwars.

Even with Superstar Rk she never wore good clothes

So with dehati raja we cant expect anything.

How about sleevless salwars curly hairs and specs.

Yoma was creative head before

Now dont know

It was so good when Rs was on team.

He would answer any queries

SM never wore a nice night gown. I have written about it before. I really wants JM to wear sleeveless but it seems next to impossible

Dvd dont have this problem

Dd was bold in Dance show

Vd's co actress In fact all actress from his star One serial used to wear short dresses.

Problem is with colors.

Women of colors are never shown modern

Guys, please don't chat so much on the EDT with multiple posts about looks, promos and things which haven't happened.

And female lead with curly hair becomes a problem in getting majority-audience's empathy and support for that character.
All the female-lead actresses who look great with real curly hair have their hair straightened or wear wigs of long straight hair if the serial is primetime on a main channel.
Even if the series tries to avoid that for a while, it invariably has to switch to that soon enough.
So it's generally considered prudent to stick with it than to try something which has never much acceptance for the female lead to get mass-empathy.
And sleeveless sari-blouses or salwaar-kameezes are doable only if her behaviour is going to be extremely conservatively dutiful and traditional enough to balance out the modern sartorial look, to avoid garnering her mass-disconnect.

None of the main channels can afford it. Subsidiary channels can afford it because they experiment and expect less viewership, and the main channel covers financially.
