It's supposed to be a snark about the pretending the mother and daughter were doing throughout the episode.

Whenever NF is talking about the actors, or saying something genuinely nice about the characters, they tag the actors - DD or VD or Tanvi or Indresh or whoever else.

Yesterday, when they tweeted the nice tweet about 'Sunny' being back, they tagged that actor's real name in the tweet.
But for this sarcastic thing about the two vamps, they didn't tag Suwati or Tanvi, since they weren't being sarcastic about the actresses but only about the characters. :)
