If we were to consider it now, we could say its a hindi serial, they aren't going to kiss (due to VD saying he will not do that now that he is in committed relationship and marriage) and they certainly will not show an intimate lovemaking scene and they've made him 7 year old also, so even if they are cousins, they won't have sex or kiss here, it's not a consideration, so why not leave it aside.
