We can all see one thing that when Gunjan was chosen and his strengths as an actor he was suiting the goody goody role rather than negative role, if you ask him he says it wasn't on the cards to make him negative, it's something that has come up now. They are changing the concept that ST and his team wanted the show as rom com post leap as the previous story was too intense, now that AS is solely at the help creatively unlike before, his decided he wants to make the story similar to pre leap, with lots of drama, revenge etc, which wasn't ST's plan. So yes they have butchered or changed AK's character to make him negative.

Oh HELL YES they did! Which is pure unprofessional. Abhay's character was NOT to turn gray at all, because Gunjan himself said that this show was heading towards ROMANTIC COMEDY. AS is just manipulating people who liked Mahay, trying to appease them by saying on no that was not the case, we had always thought about this. What made the catalyst for AS to backtrack on his words was the obvious split between himself and ST. Yes there would have been a third person between Madhu and Abhay, by the way that was why Tamana was introduced but AS again just backtracked from that as well. Clearly the guy can't keep his words, and Gunjan is just trying to make the best out of it, because he doesn't want to be unprofessional like others, he also said the show is bigger than any character. If that is what AS wants to see then so be it. Whether it will work or not is in the hands of the daily serial aunty's who watch the show and affect the trp.

That being said this is purely my opinion, I do not feel like arguing with anybody, so there is no point in replying to me, or quoting me, it would be a waste of time but if you want to, go right ahead, tis a free world. 👍🏼
