well i guess its just a fiction show n not reality if v take too personal a fiction show then v wud never b able to watch any such drama...
if pple do hv a problem with the scenario then simply dont watch not in a bad way but its the best option plus anyway scenario is not lyk madhu is romancing her father that wud hv been bad but here its different.
m sure if rk was alive no person in reality luks exactly the same as they were 20 years ago n thats reality!!

VD playing a complete new Character NOT RK.

People have a problem with Madhu Jr. romance with lookalike!

But why sorry I understand it not have the same people no problem with Abhay romance with mother-in-law's look alike.

I understand it could be disturbing for some people, but how the other scenario would not be disturbing? Like you said they could get the Daddy RK back on the show and show JM seeking revenge .. but what would you feel when JM that has her mommy's face or you could say RK's wife's face, would hug her daddy or daddy would give her a fatherly forehead kiss? and mind you, we have seen these two faces in a very romantic way.. dunno about you but the first thing It would remind me of, will be Rishbala romance.. their hugs, their kisses , their suhaagraat.. and then I sure would puke.. cant see them in any relation like bro-sis or daddy-daughter... now the other option.. I as a viewer havent seen JM with her father .. all I have seen is RK holding an infant that had no resemblance with Drashti.. so whenever I'll see the new version of RK-Madhu.. their scenes will remind me of senior Rishbala only..

Basic difference? There is no blood relation.
Meaning? Genetically they may have some similar genes but there are things called multiple alleles and the like that produce the same characteristics in different unrelated people. So it cannot ever be incest. 😆
More Explanation - They will be completely different personalities . Just the same face.

Do I remember Sr Madhu everytime I see Jr Madhu? No. 😆 They are poles apart but share the same face. 😆

Will I remember RK when I see XYZ ? No.😆 Because they will also be poles apart and not related by blood.
Why u ask? Because there is more to a person than just his face. 😆

And I must say this is certainly a never before seen twist on television. That too in my fav show. So why wont I watch ? 😉

So I do not find any problem in watching the show.

P. S. - Speaking of Daddy issues...AK must be have the biggest issue of them all...he after all carries 20 yrs of hatred for his daddy's so called murderers and will soon be seen transferring that hate on an innocent young girl. Very Big Daddy issues 😆

All this is my opinion of course. Yours may vary considerably.

I never felt madhubala as Geet eventhough their looks r same

I never felt Abhay Raichand as RK who have same look.

Even at the time of MB1 I used to watch Abhay rai chand n Pia,but never felt the same Abhay is romancing madhubala also.
Personsn Characters r different.

When KRK with Madhu, I never felt the same feeling of RK was with her, I saw him as KRK

I don't get it why it is a problem for some to watch jr madhu romancing RK look alike...I mean in movie aakhree raasta , starring Amitabh Bachchan in a dual role ( one is father of male lead & other is male lead ) & Sridevi & directed by famous Tamil actor & director Bhagyaraj ...It is a remake of the 1984 Tamil film Oru Kaidhiyin Diary starring Kamal Haasan; Kamal Haasan also played a dual role in the original movie...Uss waqt to kisi ne nahi socha ki Sridevi apne hone wale sasur jo ki pita saman hota hai unke look alike se romance kar rahi hai...To ab kyun itna bakhera ho raha hai?? Infact the film opened to packed houses in 1986 and turned out to be a roaring blockbuster hit. It was Amitabh Bachchan's last hit before his gloomy period had started. Critics had mixed reviews about the box office collections but it was declared a super-hit. Amitabh's double role fetched him much needed hit. Playing father and son pitted against each other was already a cake-walk for this legendary actor and he'd played with much ease..The highlights of the movie have been Amitabh's both character's CID Inspector son Vijay & his father David D'Costa confrontation scenes. Aakhri Raasta is still considered as Bachchan's finest works to date..

See I have no problem having the same actors. By all means do a reincarnation track. But while a daughter can resemble a mother because of say, extreme genetics, but how can a husband resemble his wife's father so much? To resemble that much you gotta have a genetic connection...

but KRK was a carbon copy of RK, without any genetic connection and supposing , if his son looked exactly like him, like Madhu Jr looks like her mother, can we say they are connected😕

I get your point...see even I would feel weird if I saw my father's look-alike ...but if we became friends and got to know each other...I would try to see beneath the surface and see the major and minor quirks that separate them both. They might have the same lips but their way of smiling wouldnt be the same would it?

And yes...He may or may not be KRK' son...but I expect a totally different personality of XYZ...no Ahaans and Biwis...

as long as that is there...I would have no problem watching it.

extra added later - I forgot to mention this but the new promo explicitly hints that the new track will deal with this look-alike issue in detail as I believe AK's words hint that look-alike factor will be central in his revenge. So I guess I will wait and see how they portray this issue in detail...

I mean this issue has loads of things to say ...If the forum can come alive on this one issue think how much drama this one issue can generate onscreen !! I love the grey story hidden behind this issue 😆

got it Ankita, that's what i said, we should wait for them to tell their story, they must be aware of these technicalities ...there are lot many ways to avoid this look alike issue, although i don't find it disgusting , as long as he is a completely different person...like chakku said, they can show baby Madhu dead, and Madhu reincarnating , brought up by Radha , or he can be KRK's son..rest , it all depends on the treatment and the story
