Welcome to the first thread of our beautiful journey that starts today on 1st March, 2014. We hope this journey would be as beautiful as RishBala were. Let's get together and reminisce RishBala and have loads of fun.

The E N T R Y in "Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon"

Simple yet bold. Both gentle and spirited. Capable of being both mild and stubbornly unyielding.
This was the first impression we got of Madhubala Shamsher Mallick.
A simple girl with an ordinary lifestyle but the attitude to fight the problems head on.
If her skilfully bargaining with a vegetable vendor gave us a glimpse of an ordinary girl who deals with petty issues on daily basis, then her being protective of her mother showed us the caring daughter that she was.
However, before we could typecast her as nothing but a simple girl, she surprised us - and shocked the poor guys who were pretending to be goons for a prank - by blinding them with pepper spray!
Though one might clearly see the fear in her eyes as she was followed by the goons,
she put up a brave act and that is exactly what defined her.
That was the Madhubala we were introduced to...
that was the Madhu we loved and always will.

The E N T R Y in "Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon"

A mysterious and cocky man with a devil-may-care attitude... that was the first impression we got of Rishabh Kundra or the man popularly known as superstar RK.
Radiating with mystery, RK teased us with glimpses of his personality for quite some time before we actually got to see the man himself.
After making a masked appearance in Madhu's dream, we got to see a glimpse of him when he hit Mukund Dixit with his car and threw a liquor bottle out the window.
We also saw him driving out of the airport, leaving behind the paparazzi.
It was only after weeks that he made his entry as 'Dilawar' in a film-shoot, and what an entry it was! Enacting the character of a prisoner for his movie, RK exuded of raw brilliance.
After he got the shot done and postponed the remaining shoot, we saw him as an arrogant man who couldn't care less for the petty issues thrown his way.
With his own way of dealing with matters, RK showed us that he has a knack of getting whatever he wants.
An arrogant man he came across as, but a charmer as well. We saw his superstar persona and his charming side when he stepped out his vanity and waved at his fans.
Needless to say, we all knew then and there that this man was going to like no other... and boy, were we right!

R K - M A D H U B A L A's

F I R S T D R E A M D A N C E

Just like a fairytale...
A very dark yet magical fairytale their love has been,
and one couldn't have asked for a better beginning than this for them.
It was written in their stars, their destiny.
It was all written above - so they met, before they could ever meet, in Madhu's dream.
It happened even before Madhu knew RK as anything more than a superstar,
and before RK had any idea that there existed a girl called Madhubala Shamsher Mallick.

While dreaming of her sister dancing with the superstar of her dreams,
Madhu saw herself then dancing with him - her masked prince.
With Madhu dressed in a maroon gown and RK hiding behind a masquerade mask,
they truly looked like a couple straight out from fairytale world.
They danced on the magical tunes of 'Main Agar Kahoon' and took us all to RishBala Land. (mind you... many people still wander there.)

Enchanting is the word that comes to one's mind when one sees this dance.
As we were mesmerized by the magic we saw brewing between the two destined lovers in a far away land of dreams, we were stunned to see the way it ended.
After giving us their first of many RK poses,
a masked RK drops Madhu down which brings Madhu back to reality.
Though it puzzled Madhu, but it was clear to us that this held a meaning -
it forewarned us that their love was going to be magical but painful...
and mesmerizingly memorable like no other we have seen.
