Abhay is not directly to blame for RK and Madhu's death. Nor his father. It's Lamba who killed them, for his own selfish reasons. He's very cunning, and knew that Abhay father would automatically be accused as he threatened to burn RK alive.

So Abhay and Madhu will get together to avenge their parents death.
