Today's episode cleared my doubts on this. She is indeed greedy... 😕

Negative character started even before the new track has even started

But hopefully Bittuji and his kid will support Jr Madhu.

I too felt the same. It does seem as though CVs will be taking her character down the -ve route. But bechara Bittu ji...so sweet and loyal he is. He deserves a good companion.
