CHAPTER-24

Maasi: "Why are you calling him Chief? Call him Rishab or Rishu"

Madhu: "Maasi..."

Maasi: "Why Madhu he is your boyfriend rite?"

Both of them looked at each other shocked.

Madhu was about to say NO but RK interrupted.

RK: "No maasi she is NOT my GF"

Maasi: "But RK since you promised you will bring your GF one day I thought..."

RK: "Maasi I promise you once more I WILL definitely bring but she is not the one"

Maasi: "I just want you to be happy and especially after..."

Maasi was in tears by now. Madhu was confused by the whole incident. Maasi after this went to her room. Madhu went behind RK.

Madhu: "Chief what she was talking about?"

RK: "Nothing"

Madhu: "She said something like especially after...' I mean what Maasi was saying I didn't..."

RK(angrily): "Its none of your business Madhu. Tomorrow is a big day for us and I want you to concentrate on that rather than my life."

Madhu: "Sorry chief"

Both headed towards their rooms respectively.

Maasi's Room

Maasi was calling someone on the phone.

Maasi: "Sikki you told they are having some feelings but I cant see such thing in neither of them"

Sikki: "Maasi, that's why I sent them to you and BTW how's Madhu?"

Maasi: "She is a nice girl and I like her. Perfect for RK but I feel pity for her"

Sikki: "Why Maasi?"

Maasi: "Just look her fate such a nice girl and she is getting Rk as life partner."

Both started laughing.

Maasi: "Just wait and watch sikki what this Maasi is doing"

Sikki: "I know Maasi. Its time and bye Maasi"

Maasi: "Bye Sikki."

Maasi to herself: "Rishu and Madhu bas dekthi jao yeh maasi kar karthi hai"

Next Morning

Breakfast Table

Madhu and Maasi were arranging the table.

Maasi: "Madhu, I want to talk to you"

Madhu: "What Maasi?"

Maasi: "Yesterday Sikki called me and he was really worried for Chottu"

Madhu: "Why Maasi?"

Maasi: "His marriage only and BTW have you prepared for today's task?"

Madhu: "Yes Maasi"

Maasi: "I want you to remember only one thing. Just don't mess up with the people over there. They will understand if you guys take some action"

Madhu: "I didn't get you Maasi"

Maasi: "The people were thinking you guys will cheat with the land."

Madhu to herself: "So this is the thing now I know how to deal with the people. I think the problem is solved and we can resume with or work."

Maasi(shaking Madhu): "Madhu were are you lost?"

Madhu: "Maasi I... I... was just thinking about like Maasi you were saying like Chief and Marriage and yesterday also you left the sentence unfinished. I just want to know..."

RK: "What you want to know Ms.Swaminathan?"

Madhu: "Nothing like that Chief I was just talking about..."

RK: "Have your breakfast quickly we have work today"

Madhu: "Yes Chief"

They finished the breakfast quickly and both of them left immediately.

Outside the Mansion

Madhu was about to get in the car when he grabbed her left hand and twisted her hand and held it to her back and made her face him.

RK: "What are you thinking of yourself?" Saying this he tightened his grip

RK: "How dare you ask about me to Maasi?"

Madhu: "But chief I didn't"

RK: "Shut up Madhu and I don't want your smart mouth now. Just concentrate on your work and don't even dare to interfere in my life. Is that clear?"

He was giving her pain by tightening his grip and due to this tears welled on her eyes.

Madhu: "Yes Chief"

He let her go and he started the engine. She slowly took her seat and they drove to their site. They reached the site. The manager immediately rushed to receive them.

RK: "What is this Mangesh? Cant even handle the people?"

Mangesh: "Chief we tried our best but we couldn't"

RK: "I want to meet them immediately and what you think?"

Mangesh: "Chief everything was alright but suddenly these people want their land back"

Madhu: "Chief someone has instigated against us"

RK: "I am not that dumb Madhu."

Madhu: "Mangesh I guess we need to talk to that people once again"

Mangesh: "No point Ma'm. They are not ready to listen."

Madhu: "Please Mangesh"

Mangesh: "OK Ma'm and he left

RK: "Are you out of your mind Madhu? We have to take these people through power like involving the police or the politician etc. I have good political contacts here."

Madhu: "This is what I expected from you Mr.Kundra. You will understand only the language of power, position and status. They are people Mr.Kundra and they cant be just cleared off by your silly threats. We have to conquer them."

Saying this she went to meet the people.

RK to himself: "What she is up to?"

Everyone gathered there in the site.

Madhu: "Please don't panic. I am not here to threaten you people. I am here to listen to your concern."

RK to himself: "Oh my God! This girl is insane"

Madhu: "Few days back you guys were ok with our decision but now you guys are here. Exactly what is your concern?"

Man: "Madam we used to make our living by ploughing the field. But the new area they allotted is not worth of ploughing. Hence we cant make our own money."

Madhu: "Now that is a real concern. But I promise that we will come up with a better solution. Please give me 10 mints."

Man: "But we don't want false promise madam"

Madhu: "Trust me you guys wont regret"

Madhu closely studied the new area allotted to these people. They were indeed rite.

RK: "Madhu what exactly are you doing?"

Madhu: "Trust me chief you wont regret"

Saying this she went to the people.

Madhu: "We closely studied the newly allotted land. You guys are rite."

Man: "That means you guys are allowing us to stay here"

RK(angryily): "What the hell is this Madhubala?"

Madhu(equally angry): "Sir please let me handle it in my own way"

Madhu(towards the man): "Sir Could you please tell me how much you earn per month?"

RK to himself: "What is she playing at?"

Man: "8000-10000"

Madhu: "Sir listen you guys are rite you guys cant harvest in that land but there grass can easily grow."

Man: "What are we supposed to do with the grass?"

Madhu: "Sir in this area approximately 700-800 families are there. Here in this area people use packaged milk. We promise to arrange for 30 cows for each family. Each cow will give 20 litres. If you guys sell each litre for 10 rs then for 600 litres you guys earn 6000 rs. That is just one day income. I also learned that you people live like a family. We also promise to build a small restaurant so that you guys can earn some more money. With this technique I am sure you people can earn 20000 per month."

Man: "Is is a better idea. But why do we believe you?"

Madhu: "Within tomorrow we promise to buy 30 cow for you people and till the construction of your new restaurant you guys can help us in this construction."

Man: "In that case we are ready to relocate"

RK to himself: "She is more intelligent than I thought"

Mangesh: "Ma'm you handled well"

Madhu: "Har cheez paison se nahi kareedha jaatha and also sometime demaag se zyada dil se sochna padha hai"

Saying this she headed towards the car ignoring RK which irritated RK.

Precap:-

Madhu: "Chief I think we should ask Maasi"

RK: "Is she your Maasi?"

Madhu: "No"

RK: "Then do what I say"

Madhu: "But Chief"

RK: "Enough"

Madhu to herself: "Saddu I don't know why is he angry with me?"

RK to himself: "How dare she ignore me? ME? THE RISHAB KUNDRA?"
