I am not amused at all by this rape charge. If they are taking ideas from the forum, there are so many well written fan fics. Vaise, we should write regular emails, well thought out emails about tracks and storyline, if they've become so dependent on us😆
They should have gone ahead with the abhimaan track. And this is not Abhimaan...the movie itself is extremely sensitive to both sides of the story, and shows both the characters rising above their vulnerabilities. Ego is not a negative trait, except when taken to the extreme, RK has already done it with the unwedding. beyond that, how can they milk this cow, if they did, it should have been believable.

This is a hodge podge of the worst kind. According to me, this pregnancy/miscarriage track messed it. Miscarriage, RK turning his back on madhu, and going out to meet a random girl, is the worst thing they could have done to the track and to Ria. Am feeling sorry for Vaishnavi because it is not her fault at all.

@red - mahaan biwi accompained by pendulum radha and two famous jaaps of "hoslo se veer" "main sab theek kar doongi" and radha's jaap "nahi madhu tuune kuch galat nahi kiya" 🤢

@bold. this made the difference and why the track flopped. Ego was accepted as one of RK's traits. Here his natural insecurity was shown as a crime .Unlike abhimann the wife stimulated it and yet was insensitive and clueless . And Madhu does not want a career. So where is the need for jealousy and ego? to move the track they again made madhu ambiguous which only annoyed viewers . Abhimaan would have made sense if she wanted to work and R.K's insecurities was an issue. It could have been resolved by making him rise above his ego and accept her stardom. Abhimaan ,pregnancy,MC were all irrelevant. Ria was not a bad idea but shoddy execution nailed it. R.K turning to 3 day wonder friend was worst clunk. Poor Vaishnavi.I guess they don't have time to discuss a track ,its pros and cons.Be it Sultan or Ria execution is the problem and failing to accept third angle would never work for MB.Rather than Ria falling for R.K it was R.K acknowledging her friendship made it flop.

In reality, it's not easy to frame people for a rape case, I mean the victim of a rape normally undergoes many medical checkups and tests to know whether she had really physical intercourse and if this happened was it under violence and then they check whether there is sperm left and they can know by a DNA test whom it belongs too etc etc...

Najat, in reality/serials/films, Indian undertrials don't get prisoner uniform. They wear regular clothes, and convicted prisoners wear prisoner uniform.
But MEIEJ went and changed that also here for their idiotic failed murder-trial, probably to make it look even more 'serious'.🤢
Their sudden 'RK naajaayaz' track with Madhu fighting against her insensitive husband and saas to get justice for the wronged elder son was guaranteed to not work with majority-audience. Neither RK nor his mother were the ones who had wronged, they were also victims, so Madhu not considering them her priority couldn't work to get support for her as righteous crusading wife and bahu.
RK jailed and suddenly idiotically ignorant while Madhu was shown trying to fight, failing, and then terrorized and yielding to threats also did not get adequate mass-sympathy and support (specifically the type that involves majority-audience watching episodes and sympathizing).
The film was transparently about Madhu becoming heroine, but the track could have been safeguarded in mass-viewership by keeping the couple unitedly proactive rather than having the wife insistently and with backfiring naivete make all the major decisions for the making of the film that was intended to 'unexpectedly' benefit her.
Glamour career track has to invariably be kept only as backdrop in every series it has been tried in, since it being focussed on gets either the track or the series closed. Even RK's stardom was used only as backdrop, with story-focus on the couple (never career) getting enough TRP to get budget for quite good and varied indoor and outdoor sets.
The 'woman-oriented story' for the film was a bludgeoning declaration at the very outset that RK was staking his fortune to make a film which would not benefit his career, and would ensure his stardom disproven so that the antagonists Amar Behl and Kukku would win the challenge, thanks to the backfiring efforts of RK, his wife and his manager who all had convenient amnesia about why the film was being made.
So majority-audience whose disinterest could be counted on in over a decade in watching the female lead becoming heroine or model by any and all means (even by a thousand more majbooris as reason) got a further demotivating to watch the rest of the track. Those of us who were inclined to watch were unlikely to not watch even with the ineffective Pabho-nivaarans angle alongside. If that angle had worked, we'd have got enough majority-audience to haul up the TRP. The angle didn't work, and the stardom track could then count on only its intrinsic viewership without the needed buffer to make viewership adequate for track-continuance.
The TRP-nadir of the filming-track was the episode which was one of the ones accurately precap-promoted as Madhu telling RK the story should be changed to focus on her role instead. After that, we got exactly two 'filming' scenes, both with more focus on RK's offscreen reactions/heroism, and the film was closed.
If they weren't willing to budget scenes of Madhu solo-filming, then there was no reason in the world to have had the film switch to her as only protagonist for almost half of the film with scrapping of RK's already less important role.
And if their creative idea was instead intended to be carried through at sponsors expense, then they were presumably given a sufficiently clear understanding reasonably in advance of what would and would not be backed by sponsors if there was likely to be not enough crores of massive viewership interested in the scenes to make the track financially viable.
The miscarriage was done in a wretchedly negative way to showcase the 'bad husband' reasoning for Madhu to leave and then resume stardom as career, with hoped-for mass-audience support for the 'tormented wife/bereaved mother' angle. It didn't pan out, and the intended separation (with its attached increased expense of multiple sets and more actors/extras) didn't get backing for even a brief duration.
The negative character of Ria was introduced, but again the continued characterization-butchering of both RK and Madhu terminated the intended trajectory.

And now, if they try for a repeat of their previous 'trial' fiasco, with RK idiotically incompetently helpless and Madhu devoted wife striving for him all by herself, they may expect the same unappreciative inadequate TRP-result in mass-viewership as the previous time.

In every series, the majority-audience makes very clear their preference for characterizations of main characters, especially the leads.
Varying from that expected mould simply ensures they will switch to a series which shows the leads in the characterization they prefer to see them, rather than indulge CVs/channel's creative experimentation and reward it with the excellent TRP which instead comes in reassuringly for nonexperimental tracks showcasing mass-popular leads in the way preferred by majority-audience.

Clever competent RK and fierce Madhu and their junoon for each other are the selling points of the series and the episodes, to the point that they can't be shown not sharing couple screenspace no matter what tumult or upheaval is idiotically engineered for whatever the latest track.
Stupid incompetent RK and sermonizing ineffectively fighting Madhu are reason to perhaps skip scenes or episodes.

There is no way to make even a few crores of people watch at least the first half of a serial's each episode everyday, if the track and/or characterization are not to their tastes.
And the greater part of the majority-audience are conservative, and overwhelmingly large enough in numbers to ensure 4+ and above TRP on their own without any fandom.
If their tastes are not taken into account, and if series developments are not packaged in a way that would appeal to them, they do not congregate to protest or complain about what they dislike in the latest developments. They may not even know the serial's PH, producers, writers or directors.
But they are far more effective in getting their way despite all that, by a very simple stratagem - they simply skip the next few episodes or the next few weeks, and their numbers are staggering enough to ensure their interest and disinterest are paramount considerations.
It is enough to get the tracks modified on weekly basis, and if that does not suffice to get the TRP commensurate with the series financial value, then the track is closed.

The CVs could prudently just check the series TRP trajectory at the outset of an intended track, so that they won't have to somersault through it midway when it fails - as their every track has consistently done for nine months now.
MEIEJ is a high-budget series which can't be sufficed with less than 3+ weekly TRP. Any track which gets less than 3+ will have to keep changing or closing.

I think it is too much to expect anything other than biwi to rescue in next track. Can they have mercy on us and have RK solve this himself .
I know no hope for RK to grow brains😆

Even if they get rid of Ria, the fundamental issue still remains - the way they are depicting RK and Madhu. That is what ails the show. Unless they fix that, the show is going to continue to lose viewers, regardless of which supporting character they introduce or get rid of. And if they don't fix it, I will get further confirmation that this PH is a totally amateur shop.

I agree with you, if we see at it all the tracks had a potential be it Sultan's track, Heroine's or Ria's but the way they depict the leads is what makes every track fail, we don't need Mahan wife here, we need a normal human being with a decent IQ who can behave and react as so, and our cunning, shrewd superstar with his aura is what always worked in the show, I so miss him

So for me I would relate more to normal flawed people who use logic instead of mahan and victimised ones, I mean which man would keep only watching waiting for his wife to prove his innocence unless he is really very weak, a normal man as I said with a decent IQ would fight for himself and prove his innocence, I hope they spare us the torture of seing Rk as a bystander
