I am so confused because RK told film will release in 13 days from now and they had shown 3 months later for the premier. Please clarify..

That's very poor editing and coordination! Perhaps they initially planned to show the movie released after 3 months, and then (in a haste to move on to the next track), they decided to show it in only 13 days...😆
