Yes there were rumors about Bhagyashree's pregnancy but you must also remember that it was a love story where in Slama was promoted, they did not promote her a lot cause she was already married and still a newbie. He career tanked not so much due to her being pregnant but she was "forced" to act only with her husband Himalaya, as he wanted to use her limited success as a laucnh for his acting career but unfortunately his acting sills were such that he could give the "you know who" from the previous track a run for his money. and some one did mention Ash and Bhandarkar's reaction during his making of Heroine. Ash was an established actress at that time, she could have easy completed the film but the tropic was women centric and the central character was some one to be desired.. which a preg Ash could not have emoted form the audience...so I feel this time RK is not in the wrong although I am sure it must have been a tough decision for him and although I understand Madhu's and a women's attachment to the child growing inside of you sometimes you just have to take that difficult but practical decision. You can't start the whole Roe Vs Wade debate here . that's just my POV ... no offence to any one.

Here my prediction on the Cv's attempt at showing positivity and still getting what they want

1] Pabo will push madhu but MAdhu will doubt RK

2] Dipali heard Radha say not to give papaya to madhu ( BR location video) so she will arrange that RK makes her eat it again madhu will doubt RK

3] some one or two more incidents like this and she will doubt ONLY RK 😡, for he articulated his doubts to HIS WIFE😡 😕

4] Madhu will leave RK saying you don't want child I will save child like my mother and go away from you

5] film is a hit, but ego of both madhu and RK will prevent immediate reconciliation

6] madhu forced to work in more film to support herself and child.. (now she realized the value of money...pyar se pet nahi bahrta..)

7] madhu becomes super star

8] here Rk recovers and become superstar again

9] madhu and Rk forced to act together in same film by some clunky co-incidence

10] old love rekindles

11] madhu had had the baby by now which RK is not aware of..😆

12] baby brings both together: either films needs a child actor or he is enamored by a Sauv kid on the block without realizing it is his..😆

13] is beech audience or media waloki aise ki taise...🤣

And I doubt The actors would like to play parents at this age...

just a question to MC and PH for that matter, in one the spoiler news its said madhu did not want to use a body double to do the fire sequence ( may be out of anger at RK or some silly reason like that) but the question to be asked is that MC and RK realize so late that there is a concept called BD in BW, and that there is also computer generated FX system to use just the face of an actor and get a BD to do the scenes? or was it that they could find a BD only for madhu but not for RK ..😕

although to a large extent you are right but look at some of the recent serials:

PV:- Ankita did not want to first play mother but she could not leave the show so they show a leap but story demeaned her to grand mother, so she threw tantrum and now she plays grandmother ad well as grand daughter.

YRKKH: they have moved the story from Akshara and naitik to their child now

Uttran: tina stated as Ichha but now she plays her daughter. Rashmi left for she too did not want to be seen a mother, but then she got pregnant in real life and was not getting anything so came back to uttran as a mother.

SSK: albeit that's more typical Ekta mata type of drama, the lead are parents but the story still revolves around the trials and tribulations and fights for justice by the leads and not so much them being bogged down by child care duties.

Punar Vivah: the old one: both the leads were parents and the story was still popular

so basically in my POV, in todays Indian serial, leads being parents need not be a hindrance and can be accepted ad become even a side note as long the story is well written and executed. That said I feel it can go either way, depends on whether miscarriage is the cause of separation of madhu wanting to keep the kid is ... for I think separation is imminent from they way things are going..

Ps: wonder if the CV have the guts and creativity to show the same without physical separation..

i dun think so Amritha...the news of her marriage and pregnancy made it to the tabloids only when the movie was a hit..during the making of the film, i remember, she said in one of her interviews that she was linked up with Salman Khan and it affected her personal life a lot..this is the reason why she decided to work with only her husband , who was a disaster anyways...she told tht when she delivered the baby, ppl. were asking her if she's linked with Salman 😆

Aamir Khan hid his marital status for a very long time, specially during the making of QSQT..bec. they wanted to present him as a chocolate lover boy...n girls were swooning over him after QSQT..once he became an established star, the news of his marriage broke out...at that time, in 90s, there was no internet or tv , the only medium of gossips were the magazines...so the news didn't break out tht easy...

Ash and Madhur, Ash was pregnant when she signed the film and she hid the news from Madhur (for the first 3 months, the news is not supposed to come out) which was totally unethical...she said she wud shoot till her 6 month and complete the movie but tht was ridiculous...her big momma Jaya Bachan won't have allowed her anyways...

i agree tht if the movie is good, it will work...but it's a risk since MC is saying and RK knows that no distributor will take a chance and media will rip him apart before the release of the movie...that's what RK said yest. ke successful tab hogi jab release hogi..

I hav'nt watched the seriels you mentioned except uttaran long time back. So I can't comment about those actors. But Cardio is right. This pair may not opt for parenthood. DD after JDJ seems to have Bollywood aspirations. Even in this series she acts glamorous when compared with other protagonists. Vivian is still young and has good potential. So they may be reluctant to play parents and I don't want them to do.. I don't know much about Bollywood and it's functioning but this pair is different from those shows.In fact I don't want Vivian to continue in this show for a longer time. He would become stale and should explore fresh opportunities.(he is already tired. I could feel the difference.)

Watched it. Leave alone Film ,finance Paralysis or whatever this immature and idiotic girl is not ready for motherhood. It is a great responsibility bigger than your ego. No mother would risk her born/unborn child's welfare . And I hate that determined expression.which only puts her in bad light.
