This time no group favored it. Even Sultan had his fan group.As you might know unwedding jeopardized this show. It never got back the lost viewership. This supposed twist would have equally put off the remaining viewers which they could not afford. As per TRP's movie track has not helped for a miraculous jump. So they have realised R.K's character could not be meddled further for now As of R.K's downfall I think they have their compulsions to put MAdhu in focus. Even I doubt the same trick is being used when blue eyed poster boy was inevitable. All her actions obviously glorified are meant to bring sympathy to R.K. But what they failed to sense is charismatic,shrewd, alpha male image could make anything under the sky salable. But not this helpless dumb caricature R.K has been turned into. They thought Stardom track as their trump card. It would have worked if the couple had been given equal importance without artificial,silly majboors. Can Sikky evoke any sympathy or interest.? How would weak R.K do.? If a strong and smart R.K has pushed her into acting for her talent it would have been interesting. Madhu's character was so much butchered it is too early to base any track on her.She won't be a mahaan just because every character in the show says so esp when all her actions are extremely foolish.So at this stage they can't afford to make R.K too appear a villain. So it is Dipali who puts that idea and along with it paralysis. RM scene in yesterday's episode was shot separately so I am not sure it was what originally planned.

You are right there is a huge difference between a mother and similar to mother or in hindi : maa and maa jaisi.

But RK with his sharp brains has never been able to reailze her true colours. He knows she filed the FIR against MB. Still she got away scot free. Radha he would have put in the wringer for that.

Then again may be it is the same difference working for RK also. He doesnot get that angry with her because she is not his real mother. Expectations and right to demand are less in this case.

And who hates RK? I don't. He is still light years better than Ekta mata heroes. At least has a brain and a spine. And is HUMAN not a mahapurush.
