Hi lovelies...I am sorry I have failed to keep my word...but here goes the next update, which is delayed😛...hope it is good enough...please like and comment...


Bittu was pacing up and down RK's office, with the newspapers in his hand and a deep frown on his face. The door opened and he stopped to see RK entering his office. "Good morning Bittu ji," greeted RK with a smile. "What's so good about this morning for you RK?" reproved Bittu. RK narrowed his eyes in question when Bittu threw the newspapers on his desk. "Look, what your favourite heroine has been doing all night with that rascal son of Singhania," hissed Bittu. RK had woken up late in the morning so did not get time to read the morning paper. Now, in front of him lay the page 3 of leading news circulations, all displaying a familiar face on his desk; Madhubala caught in action with Karan, in various intimate positions while dancing in the club. One even showed Karan kissing her nape while embracing her tight from the back. Almost all had the same headline, "B-town's new sizzling hot romance, caught live." RK gritted his teeth as he could feel the rage brimming up inside. "I really do not care about her personal life RK. I am not her guardian. But this will have much deeper impact in her film-career. If she falls for the trap by the Singhanias, very soon all the other doors in this industry will be closed for her. And she will fall flat on her face, much faster than it took her to rise up the steps of success!!" said Bittu and went near the door to leave. "Bittu ji," called RK from behind, "I will not let that happen to her, I promise. Her career is as much my endeavour as hers. I won't let that go down the drain so easily."

Madhu had a terrible hangover that morning. She felt an incessant pounding in her head. It was an effect of the intake of the strong alcohol all evening, as well as shedding off of uncontrollable tears all night after RK's refusal of her love declaration. Her bloodshot eyes felt heavy and dry. She called up the director of her ongoing film to postpone her schedule by a day, as she was not feeling well. She decided to take a nap in her room and asked her maid not to disturb her if anyone called her.

RK pressed the doorbell once. After not being answered in half a minute, he pressed it again. As the door opened, the maid peeped out and seeing him said, "Madam ki tabiyat thik nahin hain. Woh aapse nahin milegi." RK pushed open the door as the maid jumped back in fear. RK pulled out two 500 rupees notes from his pocket and thrust that in her hand, and said, "Aaj tumhari chutti hai. Tum kal aana." "Par madam ki tabiyat.." "Main dekh lunga. Tum jao," shouted RK and the maid left without wasting anytime.

Madhu was sleeping when she heard some commotion and walked into the living room. She stood petrified seeing RK close the door and approaching her menacingly. Before she could turn back to evade, he clutched her shoulders and pushed her back on the wall with a thud. His eyes looked insane, as did his contorted expression. As Madhu opened her mouth to express her shock, he slammed his lips on hers, taking her fully unaware. He pressed her hard against the wall, almost crushing her fragile body between his hard chest and the wall. His nails dug deep in her soft skin, as his grip tightened on her hands. But the most torturous ordeal was his kiss. He bit her lips until they gave way to his tongue that invaded the hollow of her mouth and tied her tongue to it. He wanted to punish her, torture her and make her plead for his forgiveness. It was this girl, who was making him lose his sanity, bit by bit, everyday. It was this girl, who was evoking a storm in his placid life with those eyes that had the power to trap the whole world in them. It was this girl, who was making fun of his mental strength by rebuking him, and quashing his self-control by being rebellious. She would have to pay for her audacity, so that she would not dare to do the same in future.

Madhu had desired for this moment for so long, when RK would be with her, kissing her mad and making her his own, but the crudeness of this whole act invoked nothing but abhorrence in her mind. She struggled to get free from his grip, but her weak body gave in. As their lips parted due to want of breath, RK hissed on her face, "Yehi chahti thi na tum? So you got what you wanted? Henceforth do not dare to do anything against my will. Else you will face harsher consequences," and left her free. All of Madhu's strength was sapped by his assault, so she slid down the wall and sat on the floor with a thump. Seeing her disheveled condition, reality struck RK's mind and he appalled at his own devilish demeanor the moment before. "Madhu, Madhu, I am sorry, Madhu. Oh shit!!" he panicked and helped Madhu stand up. She was shivering and her face paled. RK lifted her up and carried her to the bed.

RK stayed by her side all day. He was too ashamed of his behavior. At the back of his mind he knew that knowingly or unknowingly he had contributed his part in bringing Madhu to this condition. Madhu slept like a baby, and held his hand tightly, not letting him go farther from her side. In the evening, RK made her eat a light meal and took her to the balcony, where they sat on the beanbags, facing each other. After some agonizing moments of silence, RK spoke, "Madhu, I had never thought that such a situation would arise with you, or anyone for that matter. I have always tried to be as professional as possible, but.." "But what RK?" snapped Madhu, her eyes regaining the outrage she had the night before, "That I failed to understand your gestures and mistook them as something else?" "I did not mean.." "Then why did you make me climb the easy way up while let Purab fall behind? Why RK? You have never cast any actor in two consecutive films then why me? Am I that much talented? I don't think so," blurted Madhu. "Madhu, I have worked with the best actors in this industry but they have all been matured before working with me. But you were the first actor whom I have groomed from scratch. Definitely you would have a special place in my mind." "Cut the crap RK. I have heard that umpteen times before. You regard me as your possession, whom you can control like a puppet. But I am sorry to say RK, I am not going to let you control my life like that. I was young and stupid, that's why could not help falling in love with your ostentatious facade. But that does not give you any right over me. This is my life, and I will live it my way," said Madhu. RK stared at her eyes and then without any further words stood and pulled her up. "If you do not want me to control your life, then stop playing with my sanity. Even I did not give you any right to manipulate my thoughts with your eyes and these lips," said RK as he rubbed her lips with his thumb. They breathed heavily and gazed deep in each other's eyes. "I won't say that I love you, because that will not be true. But it is a fact that I am attracted to you, in a menacing way. I could have shoved the thought away from my mind, but your acceptance has triggered it all the more," whispered RK as his lips almost touched Madhu's forehead. Madhu closed her eyes as the truth sank in her psyche. She embraced RK and hid her face in his chest. She just wanted to savour this moment for once and forever; as she knew this had no consequence and soon he would return to his life, leaving her behind in pain and loneliness.

RK cupped her face and noticed a tear rolling down her cheek. He kissed it and said, "Stop loving me so much Madhu. I don't deserve it." "I don't know if you will ever love me RK; but can you give me this night, just this one night, which I will cherish all my life?" pleaded Madhu. She knew her wish was unwarranted. The logical part of her mind tried to push her out of this trance, but her heart conquered over her mind, making her wish the impossible. RK replied her by kissing her gently at first, which grew more passionate as he carried her to the bed.

It was a sin they were committing, but for once it felt so right, that even the most forbidden act gave them a divine fulfillment.

I FELT VERY SAD FOR MADHU, SHE IS CRAVING FOR RK'S LOVE... BUT HE HIMSELF ADMITTED HIS FEELINGS TO BE A MERE ATTRACTION.. I DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN.. WANT HIM TO ACCEPT HIS LOVE FOR HER.. MAYBE HE IS SCARED OF THE SOCIETY AND ALL..
IN THE COMING CHAPTER, HE MAY FEEL ASHAMED OF THIS ACT AND MAYBE IN A HUGE DILEMMA WHOM TO CHOOSE- GLOOMY MARRIAGE OR MADHU'S LOVE ! I DON'T WANT THIS CONFUSION TO CONTINUE MORE..
