Under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, a husband and wife can file a mutual divorce only when they have lived apart for at least a year. The couple must jointly mention about their inability to continue the marital relationship due to some unavoidable circumstances. Both the sides must voluntarily agree to dissolve the marriage.

The filing of a mutual divorce by both the husband and the wife is termed as 'the first motion'. A couple can file for a second motion after a gap of six months. The six months time span is provided to the couple so that they get the time to reconsider their marriage.

Please the CVs need to read the laws and treat the show with some logic.

Secondly I wanted Madhu to threaten with her own life. She should have challenged Sultan with her own life instead of accepting whatever Sultan says.

Poor show of the characters. . Wanted strong characters, not weak Madhu who agrees to all whims of Sultan.

Atleast some sense in the show. Everything looks so fake. Sultan looks like a ghost visible only to Madhu. Are we so foolish to accept whatever the CVs show us and we watch it?

Even I think so, but even getting the divorce papers ready, Madhu and RK signing them without the Court and Judge is illogic. Does not make any sense.

That's legality.
But MEIEJ has gone beyond all films and serials so far in blundering portrayal of legal facets.

They have been showing RK in prisoner's uniform while he's still under trial for just a few *days*.
People who have been under trial for *years* don't wear prison uniform.

The CVs apparently want us to identify later flashbacks as to which were during the jail track.😕🥱
As if we're likely to forget this 'interesting' track.🤢

MY VIEW EXACTLY

SHOWS SHOULD HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF LAWS OF OUR COUNTRY INSTEAD OF FEEDING JUNK TO THE AUDIENCE THAT IT TAKES ONLY HOURS TO GET A DIVORCE

SECONDLY I TOO WANTED MADHU TO THREATEN SULTAN THAT IN CASE RK DIES, IT TOO WILL BE HER LAST DAY ON THIS EARTH INSTEAD OF SEPARATING

IF SHE CANT LIVE WITHOUT HIM, THEN MIGHT AS WELL SHE SHOULD KILL HERSELF - ROMEO JULIET
