That is not the point, Abby. I never said his dialogues are out of context or out of subject. But the fact is, he is bringing it all up to a man who is in actuality innocent of the crime for which he's standing trial.
That is the difference. How many shows and films have you seen? Someone innocent is gets pummeled in court because of their past crimes, their nature, etc. But the point is he's innocent of the crime he's accused of, and so all of those accusations they are drama, the obstacles.
I am not saying that this is the case. But you can't expect people not to view it in this manner.
And on another note, again the lawyer is absolutely correct in bringing up his past actions and his personality and behavior. That is what a lawyer is supposed to do. It is in no way out of context.
