Shalini, sponsors have said they'll stop ads if channels don't accept system of weekly TRPs.😃

Channels may decide to try to run without ads for a few days, but it would be financially untenable for more than few days. They already tried once recently.

Ad-revenue loss will be huge even in just that much time.
