You pointed very good thing she never give him back yet in the way that effect RK to the core even when she tried once sending him jail RK bounced back and end up making her fall in love with him so much that it be unable for her to live without him...

I think RK says this only to make Madhu happy in real it will be only RK who will bounce back powerfully.
