I will never swallow the Radha praise...

it just "symbolized" the difference in their opinions and attitude! Radha wanted Sultan to take Meera abroad and away from RK clan! She hates this mother-son duo! Sultan "could" hate Rads too for "stealing Mohan" away from Meera- BUT he chose not to! He understands she's somebody's mother too! He's too nice! Haaye! 😳

My problem isn't with his actions. It's more that once again in the show she gets off and gets away with her selfishness. I'm not surprised, but just saying...

I don't think she's getting away with her selfishness. I think this scene was more of a foreshadowing and to show us a contrast between RK and Sultan once again. Despite what Radha did, practically threatening Sultan to send his Mother away, he still didn't let that come between him doing the right thing when he saw Radha fainting. He left aside all grudges and anger in order to help her even though she is NOT his Mother. And tomorrow, as per spoilers, we are going to see RK getting mad over Radha for hiding the truth from him, which was basically Radha's decision to protect RK from getting hurt, but RK will not pay any heed to his OWN Mother and will probably insult her too. So there we have, another proof right there for who the better man is. Maybe this will pool in to Radha's gradual realization of what a good man Sultan actually is!
