One point that I am unable to understand is why Bhai hates RK so much.

No idea , not able to figure out the reason behind Sultan's special hatred towards RK. Jahir si baat hai that no gunda gets royal mehmaan nawazi anywhere so he getting insulted at party by RK may not have been an extraordinary occasion for him . It is certain that he must have some hidden reasons for this hatred.

i thnk first reasn was rk aryan convo. Then it shftd towards madhu then he fall in lve wd madhu,rk came dre again n snatched hs lve whch was never hs. Again hs hatrd was incitd by madhu n paddo n bhai startd day dreaming that one day i wl take madhu away but madhu rejectd hm. Then he found hs mom who was ditchd by mk his hatrd 4 rk increases that he lost at evry point in frnt of rk.
He wants rk to be shattrd n deprivd of relations. Nly ds i cn relate wd bhai.
But i m frustatd at path cvs took.
