All this gives me aa sense of Deja vu from workings of a year ago for another very popular show. It all started with rumors being floated, blame games being played, a few actors cutting deal with PH for meatier roles thereby ruining the story completely and finally it ended with a disastrous and abrupt end for the show which no one deserved
I will not comment on anything else you have written but what you have implied here is serious enough to merit a response. Let's not beat about the bush and come right out and say what's being referred to. You are talking about IPKKND and the fact that Daljeet Bhanot negotiated with the PH of that show to carve out more screen space for herself.
Do you not see how these two instances are completely different?
Daljeet was an integral part of the show from day 1. Her part was meant to be meaty - there was no question about it - it was sold to her like that. The problem wasn't that she got more screen time, the problem was how that screen time was integrated and how it compromised the storyline.
Avinesh Rekhi is absolutely in no position to arm twist anyone here for a meatier role. To even suggest something like this is absurd and slander. Please be careful about what you are implying here - you are casting aspersions about the professional integrity of an actor.
Anyone who's watched Hindi daily shows for a while would absolutely figure out what's going on - in plain terms
1. The story that revolved around merely the two leads had reached a dead end
2. Some logical progression has to be made
3. If it was not Sultan it had to be something else - otherwise what did you expect - one Karwa Chauth and one Ganesh Pooja a week with RK feeding Madhu laddoos and Madhu making kheer for her patidev?
4. They know the film industry track doesn't work because they tried that in the beginning and it didn't work. Family drama works - hence we are getting family drama.
