Do you have a problem with the character or actor? From the post, it seems you have an issue with the actor and not character. I am a bit confused.

With regards to SR: I think it is a vulgar remark against the actor. It is a creative call on the way it is shot.😲

I hate RK too, for precisely the same reasons u have mentioned! 😳
