RK MAN u r not betrayed by madhu actually u r paying for ur deeds

karmas never spares u when u do something wrong intentionally or non intentionally

in rk's case he betrayed madhu he won her trust and broke her heart

madhu planned revenge from rk but her love for him made her to drop the idea of revenge but madhu's love also not able to save rk from the circle of karmas

in the end karmas made him go thru same pain which he gave madhu
