AR has been marvellous as Sultan!! He has made us believe that such a person exists even in reality!! To understand Sultan and his motives, is currently not Madhu's cup of tea. She is completely blinded in RK's love and she doesn't even realize that she is about to commit suicide and hasn't thought of her mother or her other family members even once.

Trishna had asked her a question right after her heart-break that if RK says sorry will she ever go back to him? At that time Madhu had been adamant and embittered and had answered Trishna that there is no way she can EVER go back to RK. But look at her today. She has made an about turn in life and that is precisely what Trishna was asking her and fearing for. Madhu has been a huge let down, a disappointment for me lately. Never thought of her as a naive girl who can fall for RK's tactics all over again to meet the same fate (well that remains to be seen).

As far as Sultan is concerned, he won't turn negative for sure because that is not his nature and nor will he take any revenge on Madhu or RK but he will surely keep a close tab on Madhu to ensure her safety as promised to Padmini which only means crossing paths with RK and Madhu every now and then. Now it remains to be seen whether these so-called-self-proclaimed love birds sustain their new-found trust and love in each other. Sultan will just stay SULTAN!! Himself!!

Sultan the strong silent man has indeed been a good friend to both MB and her mother. He has no ulterior motive except to see that she is safe and has made a sensible decision.

MB on the other hand is in a senseless stupor and has not realized that by her asinine decision and her reaction to him only trying to help her has hurt him and she could lose the one good friend she had in him.

Sultan has respected her more in a few weeks than R.K. who will not know the meaning of that word throughout his whole life.
