Well if you ask me who the hell is Sultan, then I would say, he is the most IRRITATING and ANNOYING character in Madhubala. He is the one who keeps giving one expression throughout all the episodes. This is the character, after whose entry the TRP dropped down to 2 from 4.

Oh and the biggest fact is that he is the LOVER of ST, GH and RS. 🤢
