Wanted to share some thoughts abt Rishbala wedding ...I am not favoring any character or bashing any one ...just expressing it on the basis of a frustrated viewer 😆
I have been frustrated, disappointed, happy, sad along the show during this one year. But still has not been able to leave the show like so many fans and viewers. so maybe there is still something for me to wish or look forward ot in this show. Maybe it is DD, but I feel it is not only DD for me, the months I spent on this show, watching discussing , being here in the forum predicting about future tracks , future scenes, investing lot of my time maybe the reason I am so attached to the show. I have never done all this for another show, though I ahve watched so many TV shows in my life.
When Madhu told Sultaan that ...its her and RK Ishq/Pain ...it was a loud and clear message to Sultaan and Sulbala fans that ...its Rishbala story and its their choice to love each other despite of all odds ...no matter how many reasons they will have to hate each other, they will always follow their Ishq no matter how painful its for them ! ...I have said this to Shahi many times when she expresses her discomfort towards bala actions ...This show is about two insane lovers ...RK and Madhhubala ...dont expect morality from these two if it comes to love ! ...Madhu is all about love and RK is about Ego ...Its their dominant characteristics ...but love is something which binds them together at one common point.
I have never been a person who take the tracks and scenes form other's perspectives. I have my own always, though I listen to other's views, if it believable for me then I agree if it doesn't then I don;t agree and sometimes I express my views , argue or sometimes I let it go for the reason I don;t want to force my opinion on others.
I have been always a DD fan, so from the start Madhu fan too, but I have always expressed my dislike when Madhu does something wrong, I have not been blind to her actions, even during Mukund time when she went against her family and Trishna's dream I felt she was very selfish, it was like that. So likewise, I dislike RK character for what he did, and now Madhu's character too. Agree people watch the show for entertainment, but people who has moral values, unintentionally look for these morals when they watch a show, so there is nothing wrong in it if we try to look for morality in a show.
Like most of the people on this thread, was rooting for Sulbala all these days, I have never ever rooted Sulbala , but have always expressed I like Sultan character but it doesn't mean I am rooting for Sulbala and wish Madhu ends up with Sultan. And if anyone feels I was also rooting for Sulbala just because I don't bash Sultan after every episode, instead I praise his scenes then I don;t have anything to say to those people.
At this stage and at this point in the show I definitely don;t want Madhu to have another man in her life. Being a Madhu fan I feel it would spoil her character.
But till the video of public apology, I am still not fine with Rishbala wedding, because I just cannot see RK 's guilt , regret or redemption, which I want to see in order for me to accept Rishbala. Though in the episiode it was not shown yet, from the video it seems he accepted it infornt of everyone. So I am fine with this new beginning from now on. the only doubt I ahd is the possible coming track where, both leads might end up like Naitik / Akshara, Shiv/Anandi, which I don;t want in this show and it will just not go with the title name of the show. This has nothing to do with me not liking RK. For now I still have doubt on RK. And I have seen it is me not being RK fan who is feeling this. Lot of Rishbala fans too still ahve doubt on him.
But fingers always point on us whenever we express some dislike towards RK, even when we are also doing the same thing as some fans who love and still approve of all his actions.
Coming to marriage ...Madhu could not complete the revenge as her love was strong enough to crush her angst against RK ...and now its RK turn ...to allow his twisted love to win over his precious possession, his EGO,...this is what exactly they are doing now ...closure of revenge track in public ! ...With the new promo stating new beginning, Rishbala story will reach to next level or phase two where they will have a complete wedding...so mockery of marriage has been undone before moving ahead! ...Though I am not rooting for Rishbala or for any couple any more, I had a pleasant smile seeing the wedding video ...where RK corrected the mistakes he made during the incomplete wedding ...He is reinstating her respect and honour in front of all...For me, Madhubala won the battle here without taking any revenge ! ...I felt happy for the sheer reason that she got love of her life and its her Choice ! ...I dont know what lies ahead but it will be her and RK choice for whatever happens to them next!
Obviously it is Madhu's choice and she is not listening to anyone but to her heart only. But being it her only choice doesn't mean all the viewers believing it is the right choice. Some will feel it is the right choice and some might feel it is not he right choice. the result we will only see in the coming episodes.
PS: I had a feeling of sheer disgust at some Rishbala fans when they called Madhubala will names like ...characterless, dumbbala ...so on so forth ...and today I share the same DISGUST for Some sulbala fans ...what's this ? ..cursing her for living a doormat life, a miserable life ...bla bla ...Do u think makers will repeat the same track ? No ways ! and wishing for divorce 😲🤢...why oh why ? ...What sort of fandom is this ? ...She will most likely not have a happy life as drama has to go on but why wishing such harsh results for her ? ...if this didnt happen then what ?? ...RK to die so that saint Sultaan can marry a widow ?? Great ! ...There is no way she can think abt anyone beyond RK. .If RK-Dips relation was outright rejected, there would be extreme rejection towards any antics if shown bw Sultaan-Madhu !
About Madhu being called names, isn't this show makers are calling names for their characters in the show itself. So we should be used to it by now.
And I disagree, people are not wishing Madhu to have a doormat life, most of Madhu fans are just saying that cos they are afraid they had to see Madhu being doormat in the coming episodes, because for the reason they are still not being able to fully trust RK has changed. And about divorce I haven;t seen anything like that, so no idea.about this.
What's wrong with starting a life afresh ?? ..There is nothing wrong in starting afresh if both the partners have realized the mistake ...Both RK and Madhu have suffered pain in their own way ...we might not be seeing too much of RK pain since his character is like this only ! ...They have been hurt and now want to repair their broken life ! ...What's wrong in it ? ...Life is not about settling scores ...its about forgetting the past and moving on too ...I might sound too idealistic 😆but that's the way I see the next phase of Rishbala with more challenges ...Mind u, they are getting married but both RK and Madhu will have their share of problems to keep the audience entertained 😆else TRP audience bore ho jaayege 😆
Starting life afresh is the most common thing in real life too. So obviously viewers will accept it. But some viewers might have more expectations, after seeing what happened in this show. Some might be wishing for something more from RK which they never got. Some might be still unable to forget the scene where RK chained Madhu. So as Madhu fans might be still scared a similar thing might happen in future too.
But we are also not stupid to think makers will just separate Madhu and RK and keep them in different cities and go on with the show. Obviously even if they are not married also they would be shown on the same frame in this show because they are the leads of the show.
And people who hates VD also has to accept he is the male lead and people who hate DD also has to accept she is female lead and also people who hates AR also has to accept that he is also now an important part of this show.
I hope after wedding too Rishbala relationship gives us something interesting, unlike other shows.

Manonids didn't post here to give us a REALITY CHECK. She was just expressing her views and here in this thread we always do that. And we don't take is as a reality check because we are mature enough to have our own views about the show.
