ok so this lady (new mom) can be:

1) well sultan's mom..n then v know all that dukhi story of his was a lie...

2)she can be sultan's MIL and her daughter(sultan's wife) had some connection with kundras...oh that gives me two possibilities

a) firstly sultan's wife cud be rk's step sister

b) secondly sultan's wife cud be rk's ex lover(so rk must have done some bad to her)

3)she can be bhatia's first wife as well..

4)she can be kundra's wife or gf (i hope its not this one..i fear it is this😕)

5)rk's dad was a producer so this women or her husband may have had some professional dispute or something of sorts...

i like option 2(a)

ps: i'm annoyed of this broken family and step mother father sister brother crap!!! so after rishbala wedding..gudbye!😡

Ah!.. you took my idea of bhatia's gf.. 😆

So here goes my guesses..

1. She is back ( a bollywood celebrity) to woo back our long lost only bollywood celebrity ( kuku ji)..

and add to it.. Her name is Madhubala..

aha!.. its a baaghbaan meets kabhie alvida na kehna..

And there lies your story..😆😆😆

2. She is back from the dead... which just means.. sullus wife is gonna be back from dead.. oh we are going zombie way.. 😳😳😳

3. She was cheerleader in the same batch as radhaji... the reason behind Rads non existent ..😆 everything..non existence

Now RK shall take REVENGE.. for her mother..

( oh well seeing that revenge-revenge game is about to get over, we need a new revenge plot to keep our leads occupied na.. 😆😆😆)
