The only message the show delivers, and the only take away from this show for me is how EGO and grand passion/obsession in love/hatred kills pure, innocent love, and pulls both the parties down in a hell hole, where there is no light in the end. EGO and LOVE cannot co-exist.

First it was RKs ego doing the damage, now it is Madhu's turn to extract her pound of flesh.

Will Rishbala be together again?
It will take some miracle on CVs part to make me fall in love with Rishbala again with same intensity as I fell the first time. Please CVs, you pulled off RKs revenge when I least expected it. So, I still have that minuscule hope that you can give us Rishbala back.

Nice post Ananya... That too after quite some time...

Be it RK's revenge or Madhu's revenge, I have always understood their POV's that have made them take this step... It is just a piece of fiction... Am neutral towards it.. They portrayed a very realistic scenario for RK about the repercussions of his revenge drama.. In the same token, i want to see some realism in Madhu's as well... But that said, I have little hopes from the CV's in case of Madhu ...

RK is the only realist in the show where all real concepts work and that is another reason why his character is more relatable(atleast for me)... Yes, the drama he creates might be larger-than-life but the under-current emotions, effects are all very very realistic...

As for Madhu's ego/self-righteousness, oh well, you know my views on it and I completely agree with you.. The start of their story itself was a clash of egos and even now it is the same...

As for social message, ST clearly stated that he provides only entertainment through this show... then why do you go looking for one when the makers are so open about it?

The show is not about right/wrong... The show is about how their traits and decisions bring about changes in their relationship... Their relationship is not meant to be a rosy one... If one wants to see Madhu as a pati-vrata patni or one wants to see RK as a person who treats Madhu like a princess, listening to her whims and fancies, then sorry, this is not the right show... Most of the times they are meant to be antagonistic to each other.. This is what creates conflicts in their relationship.. No third party is even required...

RK said recently..."Hamara rishta tabhi khoobsurat hota hai jab hamare beech kuch badsoorat ho"... Ab hum kya bol sakte hain..*Sigh*

@abuse/domestic violence: Madhu is no victim and RK is no victimiser...And the biggest proof that she is no victim is Madhu herself... Madhu very well knows how to stand up and give it back... If people think otherwise, then one cannot help it...

Many a times I wonder if instead of RK, it was Madhu who had taken revenge first, how would the story have progressed.

Openly disclosing Madhu's plan tells me it is not to reach fruition or be sent on detour by her friend Sultan. Let's see...

It has been sometime since I lost my enthusiasm for Rishabala. What still keeps me reading the updates is my amazement at the pain this couple wants to give to each other. I do understand that their egos wants avenging. In a sense, I think both are sadists. Neither fells the pleasure they were so looking to enjoy though. And in giving pain, they hurt themselves more. Until they both open their eyes and realize this, their relationship wont be a pleasant one. I often wonder how their story would have turned out had they met like any other normal couple. Would their relationship be still as turbulent and as volcanic? What a sad relationship to be involved in a real world!

Totally agree wid u..their ego has killed their innocent real love..actually there is no rishbala nw.it's rk n madhubala only. They wl b happy 2 break n take revenge frm each othr 4 d rest of d lyf..our dream of true love has been crushed.even if they fall in love truly i cnt trust them..CVs has ruined it so badly.

Very well written!! I know she is hurt. I don't know who to blame here. All I expect from RK is to acknowledge his mistakes.. If he does, there is no point of revenge. She can take her time in forgiving him or make him suffer as long as she desires. But the revenge Madhu is planning is very brutal..

RK won't be able to resurrect himself after this.. I hope better sense prevails.. Because even though RK's actions have evoked lot of disgust in people including me, the old MEIEJ lovers would not like him all shattered.

Both of them are going through a lot of turmoil and none of them is in a position to understand the other.. But there is no doubt that they have deep feelings for each other. And on top of it we have invested ourselves with the two. So get ready for another heartbreak that CVs will spew at us.. 😡

I agree!! But if they had met like a normal couple, it would have been a dream life.. RK with all his negatives has lot of goodness in him. And they complement each other very well. Even though I found him very controlling, Madhu never seemed to have a problem with that.. And he was also loosening up gradually..

All this drama was unleashed because of his ego and later by his insecurity. Their relationship started on an uneven platform.

Otherwise, their relationship would have involved unconditional love, trust, faith, undying commitment towards each other... very similar to the way it was before the unwedding.

But Alas! It was destroyed by RK's ego and the bad beginning overpowered whatever beautiful they shared during this journey..
